Best Western Logan Inn
5/5 Excellent
"The young lady at the front desk was polite, helpful and efficient. She was working at the front desk checking people in, doing laundry in the back room, making coffee and trying to fix the online reservation system which was incorrectly showing no available rooms. I didn’t see or hear any other employees so I assume she was doing everything herself.
She was doing a great job and handled everything smoothly.
I have stayed at this Best Western 12 times during the past 5 years. The front/main parking lot has always been this hotel’s biggest problem. The surface is dirt with some gravel and there’s some junk (empty wire spools, rusted poles, concrete blocks) taking up valuable parking space. And this evening when I checked in there was a large trailer/camper parked in the front lot. It was not attached to a tow vehicle and there was a 100’ extension cord running from the camper across the parking lot and plugged into a receptacle near the front door. There were 6 to 8 large trucks parked around the camper and maybe 8 to 10 guys inside the camper. Are they living there?
I should have asked the young lady at the front desk about this . . .
