"Everything was great especially the breakfast buffet. A friendly and well trained hotel staff they were excellent. The only downside was only one elevator worked but it was fixed."

"Good stay overall, though a little surprised to be on the medical/hospital campus. If being surrounded by hospitals is a bummer for you, maybe not your spot. But still nice, and a decent, walkable location near downtown. Quiet and friendly."

"Everything was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast could have a bit more variety, especially for those staying for more than 2-3 nights. The TV in our room stopped operating fully and properly. Staff attempted to fix, but could not. "

"So glad to have stumbled upon this property when searching a place to stay. It is a beautifully remodeled historical building. If anything I wish we had more time to try to in-house restaurant and relax in one of the vintage lounge areas. The service was great as well. It is a good little neighborhood with easy access to other parts of the city, whether you are going downtown or to Niagara Falls, it is a quick on/off the highway. Highly recommend"

"We were in town for a wedding and Kev was able to accommodate an early check in and he even offered a later check out for us! He was quick to respond to any questions I had . The location was immaculate and centrally located. I would highly recommend!!!"

Beautifully Renovated 3 bedroom Elmwood Village Apt

Elmwood Perfection

"Nice place on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and parks. The house is spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen and a proper shower (not the hazardous stand-alone tub with the 360 degree curtain common to this area) and the host was wonderful. We were in Buffalo during a pretty hot stretch for that time of year but the a/c kept the space cool and comfortable. This will definitely be my go-to place for future visits to Buffalo! "

"This was our second stay at this property and it was great. We love the location! The unit is clean and comfortable, has everything you need to cook if you want to, and is close to many great restaurants if you want to eat out. Coffee shops are close and it is easy to get everywhere. The owners are great communicators and offer lots of suggestions for places to see in Buffalo. "

The Velvet Oasis —Fabulous!

"We loved our stay! The house was clean, lovely decor throughout the home, comfortable beds/bedding, kitchenware and other house hold items were in great / like new condition and plenty of space! Who needs a TV when you have a VIP lounge! The arcade games, foosball table and the record player were loved by all!! We were inspired and visited a local record shop and bought a few records to take home to use for our future record player we now HAVE to have!! (I gave a 4 star for location due to the street parking, since you can only park on one side during the daytime. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi). The owner was fantastic! Great communication and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay!! Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!!"
