As you step into our newly constructed 1BR/ 1 BA boutique Loft, you'll be greeted by the sophisticated open-concept living space. The Loft features a well-appointed full kitchen with all the amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal, whether you're in the mood for a romantic dinner or a leisurely breakfast.

The bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, waiting to provide you a restful sleep. TVs provided in living room and bedroom are available for you to sign-in to your favorite streaming apps. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, A/C, parking all included.

This is a 2nd floor location and you will need to utilize stairs.

The Loft is only minutes to Delafield and Naga-Waukee Park & public beach.  Downtown Delafield is a charming district with a historic Williamsburg-like feel. You'll find no shortage of unique small businesses, delicious eateries, parks, and boutiques throughout the area, as well as chain stores and restaurants on the other side of town.
