"The interior of the property was as nice as described. The proximity to downtown was perfect. The one issue was the people that patronized the neighboring cannabis shop would sometimes loiter on the concrete retaining wall that was connected to our ground floor patio. It was a bit unsettling and made it impossible to utilize that space."
