Sunny Breeze Del Mar Condo

Sunny Breeze condo is light and airy with blue water Ocean View! Top floor condominium beautifully decorated in a blue and white coastal scheme. Enjoy fabulous sunset views off your front patio, wake up to the morning light with easterly views off master bedroom. Two very spacious bedrooms sleep 4 and 1 on the couch if you have a 5th guest. 2 baths and laundry room. 1 assigned parking space. Beach chairs & towels. Walk to everything! 1 block to beach, less than a mile to town or track.

Good neighbor quite hours are 10 pm - 8 am (socializing indoors)
Non smoking condo and building.

Guests have access to the entire condo

Text and phone call. I also live in the building and can be available if needed.

We are across the street from the beach. Guest love the quick walk to the shore.The village is less than a mile and an easy walk as well. The Brigatine is 1/2 mile away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping to the north in Solana Beach (also less than a mile). Back walking trail will take you to the Fairgrounds. Also easy access to US Highway 5 to visit all of San Diego

Quiet and Comfortable
Wonderful location. Very comfy beds, pillows and linens. The master bedroom is at the back of the unit away from the street so very quiet. Close to some of my favorite surf spots in Southern California. I plan on staying here again. Thanks!

Can't beat the location!
The place itself is nice! Loved having a washing machine, and the master bed is so comfortable and quiet. We walked to the beach, restaurants, Belly-Up and the Fairgrounds. Exactly what we had hoped for.

Perfect Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked with the essentials. The location was perfect and only a 3 min walk to the beach. I was surprised at how quiet it was at night considering it is on a pretty busy street and dense neighborhood. The kids didn't want to leave and asked if we could stay there again.

Best location and set up for family
The best stay we’ve had in a while. The condo is very spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you would need for a relaxing beach vacation. The storage unit even has beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler! The gorgeous ocean ( swimmable although a bit chilly) is literally across the street. We will be back!

Close to the beach!
Nicely appointed, clean third floor condo with a peek of the ocean! Easy access to the beach, near by restaurants and shopping. Comfortable accommodations and the owner provided plenty of amenities along with clear instructions. The elevator next to the unit was a bonus. We were pleased that a small dog was permitted in the unit and so close to the dog beach!

Amazing Del Mar stay
Great condo to stay in, walking distance from the beach. Super clean, exactly as described. Their beach set up was clutch, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella, they had a pack n play and a high chair which made travel so much easier - would 100% stay again! Washing machine could use an upgrade- only feedback!

Too hot and humid.
The a/c wasn’t working at all when we arrived. Our Host Gina went to Home Depot and bought a portable a/c unit, that was terrific. It wasn’t big enough for the second bedroom, it was too hot to sleep in there.

Unbeatable Location
This is just about the best location in all of San Diego County. Easy to walk to beaches, food, dining, etc. The property was in great shape and the owner was very attentive to all of our needs. The elevator was broken when we unloaded which was unfortunate, but it was fixed very soon thereafter. Outside of that it was a perfect stay!

Lovin Beach Life
We’ve rented in the building before but this unit was much nicer. The pictures accurately show how nice the unit is outfitted and decorated. It is very well equipped with all the amenities you may need. The location is outstanding, just a short walk to a beautiful beach!!

Nice place just 1 block from Del Mar beach!
Our family was looking for nice, reasonably priced, dog friendly place to stay next to the beach and this totally met the need! The location is 1 block away from dog friendly Del Mar beaches, with surfing and volleyball courts nearby. Downtown Del Mar & Solano are just a 3-minute drive or 25 min walk (opposite directions). Booking, check in and check out were no hassle. One note: this is 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and the elevator is a bit small. We take stairs, so not an issue for us, but may be for others.
