This home is the dream living space. 20 min walk to the racetrack and 10 min bike ride to the beach. Right next to a great hiking spot.

4 bedroom 4.5 baths with 3 car garage - FEATURING lagoon style pool, hot tub and waterfall. Lots of fun adult activities such as pool table, dart board, ping pong table, and board games. Secured dog run area on side of home with a built in putting green. We also recently got two baby goats that live in the back yard. They eat all the dried up leaves and sticks. You don't have to do anything to take care of them, but you can definitely play with them. They are sweethearts! We also have a few chickens, and they sleep up in the trees and lay eggs around the yard in different spots. It is like an easter egg hunt! They are a breed called Egyptian Fayoumi and so there is no chicken coup to deal with which is an added bonus. You might even mistaken them for birds. You do not need to feed them as they live off the land as well.

Home currently has 1 pack and play crib that can be used and 2 queen blow up beds as well.

Bar room comes with pool table, dart board, organic tea bar ready to make the perfect drink or you can use our guitar, bongo and other instruments and have a late night jam session.

Primary bedroom is fit for royalty and can only be summed up with the one word...Romance. Equipped with direct access to the pool this main room includes a king size bed that can be inclined and set to massage. Spa inspired primary bath that has a soaking spa tub and separate dual rain shower heads and a primary closet almost as big as all the other bedrooms.

3 car garage includes ping pong table and a gym with a squat rack, punching bag, full dumbbell set, and more along with workout videos and Direct TV or Apple TV to watch your favorite game while having fun and working out while you overlook the water.

Property sits on 1 acre and so much to explore with our growing fruit trees and beautiful landscaping. We have begun cultivating a food forest, also called a forest garden, in our backyard. A food forest is a diverse planting of edible plants that attempts to mimic the ecosystems and patterns found in nature. There is lettuce, kale, strawberries, celery, edible flowers, dill, mint, and so much more growing any many places. Feel free to harvest whatever seems ready to eat!
