*Quiet hours are from 10:00PM-8:00AM Sunday-Thursday and from 11:00PM-9:00AM Friday and Saturday. No laundry after 10:00PM.
*Please don't hang towels on the front railings. You can hang them on the back deck :)
*We are above our neighbors so please no running or high heels on the hardwood floors and dogs can't be left home alone if they will bark and disturb the neighbors.

Nice place, great location close to dog friendly beach
This was our first time to the area and we loved the location in Del Mar, one block from the beach. Very comfortable, well appointed, exactly as advertised. Especially if you have a dog, this is the place for you! Great location for walking on the beach, hiking, visiting other beach towns nearby.

Relaxing, fully stocked, two blocks to beach
This spacious condo is deeply comfortable and breezy when the front and back sliding doors are open, filling the space with ocean air from the beach two blocks away. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen stocked, everything works, and there are plenty of towels.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. I liked the decor and didn’t see any issues with damaged or worn furniture. Walked to beach, Del Mar and restaurants. We have this on our “must go back again” list. Thank you to the owners for there attentiveness and professionalism.

Perfect stay
I have rented from Beachhaus several times over the years. The reason I keep coming back is because of their attention to detail. The rentals are always clean and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. They manage quite a few units from one bedroom to five bedroom homes and I’ve never been disappointed. This is to anyone who is looking to book in the San Diego area you can’t go wrong with Brenda and the Beachhaus staff. Awesome time!

Perfection!
We brought our 2 children and 2 dogs. Perfect location for walking to North Beach. The accommodations were wonderful, spacious, nicely decorated and recently remodeled. Extra little details by the owners made this feel like a blend of staying with a good friend and an upscale hotel. Thanks!!!!

we could have not asked for a better location, if you like the beach and we do there are miles of it one block away. We found the Condo to be very clean and fully supplied with all the extras. Brenda was only a call away for anything else we needed. We have been coming to the San Diego area for vacation for years now and I can honestly say this was the best experience we have had. great location, and great job by management.

Great Time
This place rocks very close to everything you could ask for or want. From the time we arrived to the time we left (it was great) Had a little heat wave but other than that, great time. the place was clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. Very very close to the beach, shops, Starbucks and grocery stores. We are planning on coming back next year. Brenda is the best, always available when needed.

Great location
We were just one block from the beach. I was worried about crossing Camino Del Mar, a busy street, but there were pedestrian signal lights at one corner and 4-way stops at the other, and the cars are very attentive to pedestrians. The condo building is clean but showing its age; the unit itself is fine, with a large master bedroom, although the furniture throughout is a bit worn and dingy, not as bright as the photo. Actually, since we had a dog, that was a relief. The dining area is a bit gloomy, but we moved the table by the large front window and everything improved. We hardly saw anyone else in the building; it was very quiet. Del Mar is wonderful, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Cute place in amazing location
The property is great and we had a fantastic trip. We go to Del Mar multiple times a year and rent a place and this location (while slightly down from Jakes/Poseidon) has quick and easy access to a less crowded beach. Top floor so no noise. Street parking is plentiful even on a holiday weekend. Super clean and the property manager was very communicative - even letting us in early since the place was open. Only hiccup was that the a/c is just a unit and in one room, which didn't really cool more than that one room. To their credit the PM offered to bring another one, but we really needed one in the master and that wasn't going to work. I imagine most families don't need it as cold as we do.

Everything we needed
I spent a week at Sailboat Villa with my husband and two children, ages 9 and 11. The unit was comfortable, tastefully appointed and well located. We loved being just one block from the beach! We also biked north to Solana Beach and south to Torrey Pines State Beach. The condo had every amenity we needed -- a well equipped kitchen, plenty of nice towels, etc. We especially appreciated the supply of beach stuff -- chairs, umbrella, toys and boogie boards. So nice not to have to schlep all that stuff from home!! We did bring our own bikes and appreciated having a safe place to stash them during our stay. Brenda could not have been more accommodating. Two thumbs up. We are regular visitors to the Del Mar area and will definitely check for Beach Haus listings next time we come.

Great location and amenities
This rental is in a great spot within easy walking distance of the beach. If you have kids, all the boogie boards and toys are in the unit, which is nice. The house is stocked with everything you need and is quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The rental company is very good; they are organized, very quick to respond to any issues and super helpful (I left something behind which they promptly returned). On the downside, the pull out sofa bed is lumpy and could probably do with a new mattress. Also, there are signs in the unit asking you to “minimize” running or high heels, but the downstairs neighbor complained about my kids dancing at 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon (pretty extreme). So if you have kids, it’s a bummer to be worrying about their little feet. Overall, I recommend this place for older kids (teens) and adults.

Quiet friendly beach condo
Just wrapped up 2 weeks at the Beach Haus condo. Bright, clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood across the street from beach. Great communication esp during a glitch which was fixed quickly by responsive management. Would just make a couple of minor recommendations-removing gym access as there was no work out room on site- just opportunity to go to a gym/yoga etc within driving distance, maybe put a stick vac in closet for those staying more than a few days to be able to tidy up from dogs/sand etc. let people know in essence there isn’t a garbage grinder as only crumbs are allowed in disposal. May sound picky but we actually did not stay at a similar property as there was no garbage grinder so made cooking meals at home just a little less efficient. All in all very minor issues which paled in comparison to the condo itself with amazing access to beach, so clean & spacious & in quiet hood with friendly people, comfy beds & great communication!
