"The standard of your breakfast is poor No more signboards as to what is in each silver heated breakfast servers. There were fruit flies at the spout of the fresh orange juice maker. One orange above this machine was broken open and rotting. The staff took NO INTEREST in service at all. Eg When the cheese plate was empty it was not replaced. The staff are not trained to actively remove empty plates from tables. They only do so once the diners have left. The whole experience was far poorer...

There was a convenient nearby Metro. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were filling and consistent. The on site cafe provided excellent food and service.
