This year, we had an issue upon checkin. The manager, Josh, resolved it for us quickly and with no stress. He was so kind and gave us a quick walk around the property that turned our day around instantly. He’s amazing and SEL is the best. "

Then a random guy tried to get in and was surprised to see us there. He asked if we were staying another night and we told him no, and that we tried calling numerous numbers to get a late check out and no one answered. Then he proceeded to tell us if we stayed they would charge us another...
