"The booking was easy and the hosts were great and very responsive. Everything was smooth. The house had everything and all we had to do is bring groceries. The house was super clean and all the beds and bedding were so comfy. They even gave us a welcome gift which was sweet. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio listening to the water and birds. We even got to enjoy a beautiful hawk on the branch close by. I am not sure when we will be back to the area, but if we do we will be staying here...

"I selected this house because we were traveling with a dog and needed a spot that was pet friendly. But that’s not the only reason to stay here. It was very clean; no signs of previous pet guests. Location is as advertised. Park is close for a walk, but need to be aware crossing the busy streets. Don’t send young kids by themselves. Neighborhood is good for walking with a couple places (coffee/restaurant) close enough to walk to.Not an issue for us, but be aware that the stairs are old and there...

"Newly remodeled home perfect for our needs. Home was very clean and accurately represented in photos. Quiet neighborhood with parking for two cars in driveway. Kitchen has set of dishes and plastic dishes/cups that were perfect for our younger kids. Kitchen has:Kruig coffee machineFull size refrigerator/freezerToasterMicrowaveStandard set of pots, pans, cookie sheet, cooking utensils and set of kitchen knives. Fred Meyer and grocery stores within 5 min drive. Our activities were located downtown...

"Small 2 bedroom, probably best for quick trip in and out of Spokane or a spot if you are in town for contract work. The location was conveniently located and the street was quite. Parking is a bit cramped but it does exist. The steps can be tricky to navigate with luggage and the ceilings are quite low. Over all everything worked in the apartment and I felt comfortable."

"This well kept home in this charming and historic part of Spokane was more than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. It is much larger than it seems. We had 3 adults, 4 teenage boys (13-14) and a pup, in town for our grandsons state basketball championship. The interior is modern and has all the features you need.
