"Best resort of the region"

"We were in a room with a balcony so had a fantastic view. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was extremely spacious. The hotel didn't do pick up as Hotels.com suggested but taxi fares are cheap in the city. The most disappointing aspect was the food. We arrived at the dining room 1 hour before closing time & were told this is all we have left, which was not much & some of the food looked tired and kept less than hot. We were still charged the full restaurant price for this....

"Very well kept hotel in excellent location. Room was very small and tight. You could not walk around the bed without turning sideways. If driving there, navigate to the Hotel Palatonus Parking, you cannot drive to the hotel address, it is on a footpath."

Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. "An outside construction was in progress during my stay. Quite unpleasant, just outside of my window. At the arrival, I received a bottle of Italian Frizzante, as an apology. Nice gesture. Bed was confortable, room was clean. However, drain in the shower did not work well. Breakfast was OK, but with pastry few days old. Check out was not very pleasant, basically ruined my stay. I was left with mixed feelings."

"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers.
