What a beautiful home! We have enjoyed all of the beautiful details that the house had to offer. The host had everything we needed for a great relaxing stay! We had time to go flyfishing and enjoy the local shops just blocks away. It was the perfect spot for our family trip!

Great place to stay if you’re in the Decorah area. Easy walk to downtown for dinner, shopping, etc. We really enjoyed the house. It has a lot of charm and a nice kitchen which was well stocked.

We had a wonderful time- everything was so clean and cozy- the kitchen had everything you would ever need - fresh coffee beans and the grinder. The beds were so comfortable. The hosts had a reference book so you knew where everything was and the restaurant menus for all the area spots was perfect

Knitting Retreat
What a lovely place! Four friends stayed for a weekend to knit and eat. This house was an easy walk to the downtown area, and the property was so clean. Heads up that both bathrooms are located in a bedroom. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

The home was the perfect location for our 20 year college reunion. The home itself was beautiful and had all of the amenities that we needed to have a great weekend. We have already talked about coming back and renting the house again.

Whistle Clean!
This property is delightful! It was whistle clean everywhere including corners! It was comfortable, even nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed the craftsman style of the home. Kitchen was lovely even though we didn’t cook. We enjoyed the covered, large front porch too! Nice water pressure in the shower. Good tasting water too.

Beautiful Decorah Stay
Chose this VRBO because of the many 5 star reviews which are all spot on. This house has old and new charm. Beautiful front porch. Owners go above and beyond to provide everything you need for your stay. Decorah is absolutely beautiful! We stayed busy for 3 days biking, hiking, shopping, eating , swimming and relaxing. Probably the best trip I have had in a small town. Totally recommend Decorah!

Wonderfully stepping back in time with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Exceptionally clean. Even better than the pictures show. Coffee, cooking oil, paper products, quality bath products. The hosts have gone over the top to make sure guests have what everyone WISHES for in a stay. We look forward to a visit when temps are above zero and we can use the adorable yard and porch.

Decorah Fall Visit
The house exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable. All the necessary amenities and then some. We enjoyed grilling dinner outside and sitting on the porch. Neighborhood is quiet. The house is walking distance from dining and shopping in downtown Decorah. We'll stay again the next time we're in the area. The only drawback is the bathroom locations. You have to walk through a bedroom to access a bathroom. Not a problem for us, but unusual arrangement.
