This brand new house was designed with you in mind. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and almost 5,000 sq. ft., there is plenty of room for family and friends.
• Open, spacious modern floor plan with floor-to-ceiling views of the water
• Large living room with sectional sofa and 60” HDTV
• Bar with TVs and game room
• High-end finishes with custom tile showers, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.

Outdoor features:
• 8 person hot tub overlooking the river
• One mile from Cotton port boat ramp
• Year-round deep water
• Large private covered dock with boat slip, sun deck, electrical outlets, and room for several boats to tie up
• Pontoon boat available for rent during summer months. $200 per day for each full day of your stay.
• Gas grill
• Multiple decks with gorgeous views of the river, mountains and sunset
• Fire pit

Entertainment:
• Satellite TV with DVR
• 60” LED HDTV
• Bar with mounted LED TVs
• Ping pong

Pets:
Are allowed at owner's discretion. Please contact owner for information. Upon approval there will be a $150 per pet fee not included in the total price. Failure to contact owner beforehand about pet will result in forfeiture of part if not all your security deposit.

This is the third time our group has stayed at this house. It's beautiful, modern and very clean. Misty the property manager was wonderful and communicative. Comfortably slept lots of us. The view is gorgeous and so is the vibe of the house.

We brought a large group to stay at this house for a few days, and we are so glad we did. This house was clean, in a great location, and had plenty of space for our group! Excellent open house, room for toddlers to run and adults to play and gather. Pontoon boat rental is the way to go if you want to swim and go on the lake.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is fantastic. Rooms, furniture, space and supplies are excellent. Everything works and is excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable as well. The view is so nice. We loved relaxing on the deck and watching the wildlife and boats. Plus it allows dogs which is so helpful to our family. Thank you for the use of your house! It was perfect.

Weekend Getaway
Quick weekend trip from Nashville. Very secluded and minimal people on the lake. House was well stocked so we didn’t have to bring a ton of little things which was nice because it was a quick trip. Being able to easily rent the pontoon was a huge plus and made Saturday a blast, we were out on the water the entire day.

We had the perfect week, the temps were hot, and the water was warm. We tubed, we swam, we fished and we relaxed in the house in the morning and evenings, while we played games. The house is amazing, one of the best we have ever stayed in. Kitchen had everything and more that was needed. Game room was a big hit for pit kids. Layout of house was very well thought out. Only thing I would change is to add furniture on top of boat dock.
