"The hotel itself snd location were fine . The staff at front desk did not see we had paid for breakfast and gave us hard time . Luckily we had print out showing it . Staff at their bistro for breakfast were terrible ! Poorly trained and even rude . "

"This hotel was clearly a former hub of drug and criminal activity: as was evident by the guard attended gate, occasional prostitute roaming the walkways, and restriction on having visitors in your room after 9 pm. The property is slightly run down, but the room was comfortable. This hotel is not a vacation destination. Its primarily for transients who need a cheap and somewhat safe place to stay. HAVEN hotel is the perfect name for it."
