As proud new owners, we have carefully updated the space to offer modern comfort while preserving its historic character.
The unit features access to a spacious backyard, perfect for gatherings, yard games, and relaxation. This is a shared space with the other two units at this location. Situated next door to a prominent trolley stop and a quaint breakfast and lunch spot, this location offers convenience and charm. Important Information:
Pet Policy: We welcome your furry companions! There is a $100 per stay fee for up to two dogs. Please message us with a description of your pet(s) in advance for approval. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that pets not be allowed on furniture or beds and recommend using kennels when you are away. If your pet causes disturbances, such as excessive barking, arrangements will need to be made. Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fee, and excessive shedding requiring additional cleaning will result in an extra cleaning charge.
Booking and Check-in/Check-out Policies: Please note that no check-ins or check-outs are allowed on Saturdays, as this is the designated day off for our team. For Rally Reservations, a separate cancellation and payment policy applies. If you’ve booked outside of Airbnb, please be aware that full payment is due by June 1st, and no modifications or cancellations will be accepted after that date.
Apartment Layout: This unique apartment is designed to accommodate groups with separate private areas and a central common space. Please note that there is no traditional living room area. Instead, we’ve created two sleeping areas, which allows for more affordable lodging for larger groups or families. Each bedroom has its own private access, a double queen setup, and a full private bathroom with walk-in showers. For families with babies, we can provide a baby tub upon prior request.
Kitchen & Amenities: The kitchen area connects the two bedrooms and is equipped with seating for six, a full electric range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, utensils, plates, and cooking supplies for up to 8 guests. Additionally, a 6-quart slow cooker is provided. Basic essentials such as soap, sponges, trash bags, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and cleaning supplies are also included.
Parking & Outdoor Space: The property offers a front porch, front yard, and backyard for guest use. This is a shared outdoor space with the other two units we have at this location. Two parking spaces are available across the street in a private lot and are marked with signage for each unit.
Location & Neighborhood: Our property is located in the historic Upper Main neighborhood, just three blocks from the vibrant Main Street business district, which is home to Deadwood’s restaurants, casinos, and bars. The Gold Country Inn, right next door, offers a delightful diner serving breakfast and lunch. For coffee lovers, Deadwood Mountain Grand is just a few blocks away, or visit Pump House Coffee on the next block. A Starbucks is located at the bottom of Main Street. This central location offers easy access to all the best Deadwood has to offer.
Transportation: Deadwood offers an excellent trolley system with stops throughout the town for just $2 per ride. There is a stop directly next to the property at Gold Country Inn. Check city websites for trolley maps and schedules, as they change seasonally. Taxis are also available at reasonable rates.
Additional Fees & Policies:
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 charge.
Cleaning Fee: Your reservation includes two hours of cleaning time. If additional cleaning is required due to the condition of the unit, a $40 per hour fee will apply.
Late Check-out: A minimum $100 fee will apply for late check-outs unless prior approval has been granted.
Furniture: Please do not move any furniture. Any damage will result in additional charges for repairs or replacement.
I am available for guest needs most of the time and live just a mile up the hill. If I am unavailable, my family members are always ready to assist.
