"What a fantastic place to stay ,Bruno and all his staff are excellent. Our rooms were very spaceious and spotless . The Food was absolutely beautiful, I really can't put into words how good this hotel is . Look forward to coming back soon to this fantastic establishment ."

"special visit to WW2 airfield. Inital commander at the end of the was was good friend. Stay at the BnB was perfect and close to all. People very friendly. Philip has excellent command of English."

"This was a return visit to Le Refuge, having stayed there 3 years previously. The owners remembered us and on arrival were offered 'coffee and cake'! This visit was just as memorable as the first with the hosts being the best. The property is superbly located being a short distance from the center of Hasselt. "We really enjoyed our stay. We were a large group of 8 people and with the two separated apartments it was nice to spend time together but also get some calm and quiet. The big common room was perfect for our case, we had a big table for playing games and a sitting area for all 8 people. Our dog was welcomed as well, which was a plus. And we stayed there over new years eve and it was very quiet at midnight, no fireworks in the direct area which was perfect with a easily scared dog. Everything...
