The ground level features a spacious master bedroom with a cozy conversational area, queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and amenities. The second bedroom, slightly smaller, offers a queen-sized bed with similar features.
The basement is a perfect kids' haven, equipped with a sectional couch, a 50-inch TV, a game table, and a workstation/study area. The third bedroom hosts full-size bunk beds and an additional full-size bed, accommodating up to six guests. It's an ideal space for children to connect and enjoy stories or games on the comfy beds.

Consider Rygar II for expansive family gatherings or work conferences, accommodating up to 18 people if both houses are available.
In case of emergencies, Rygar I is also open for housing due to insurance claims or after visits to local hospitals such as Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Bellin Hospital, St Mary's Hospital or St Vincent’s Hospital. Our ground floor provides all the essentials for rest and rejuvenation.

Keep in mind our climate, with the possibility of snow between November and May, temperatures ranging from -10F to 98F. The area may be humid, but waterways contribute to keeping the region cooler.
There are also no fences on this property, however, pets are allowed to stay but must be leashed at all times.
Your hosts live on the same street, so if required, they can easily be accessed to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We ensure that you have private quiet enjoyment during your stay, and only come over when you request.
