Flat Monaco is a recently renovated Apartment located in the Abdon residence with 4 bedrooms and a parking space to park your car. The tastefully decorated living room has a large TV. This unique Flat is located just on the beach of De Panne. Stores, restaurants and some nice bars are just steps away. You can easily take the tram, or your car, and visit Plopsaland De Panne. Come here for a wonderful stay on the Belgian coast.

Attention: we do require a safety deposit which has to be blocked on your credit card.

Schwierig beim Check in keine Schlüssel Code Nummer erhalten. In der Wohnung vernahm man schlechte Gerüche. Es war kein Staubsauger vorhanden. Betten teilweise durchgelegen. Nicht wieder.

Twijfelachtig

Helaas veel stank overlast. Contact met verhuurder werd gewoon verbroken als je wat anders zegt dan dat ze willen horen. Stoelen eet tafel zijn niet al te best. Vuilnis vorige bewoner stond nog op balkon. Voor de rest , leuke grote woning . Alles is aan wezig.

bel appartement, sans plus

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Toutefois les photos de celui-ci laissait entrevoir un appartement beaucoup plus grand et malgré un certain confort il y manquait certains accessoire qui aurait pu rendre notre séjour plus simple, tels des tapis de sol dans la salle de bain , un aspirateur qui fonctionne, une brosse et une ramassette, une douche réparée, des draps pour les lits sans devoir débourser 150 euros pour que les lits soient fait à l entrée, suffisamment de casseroles et de poêles, du matérielle pour faire la cuisine pour 10 personnes puisque l appartement le propose... Aussi, il faudrait spécifier qu'!i n'y a pas d'ascenseur ,pour certains d'entre nous ce fut difficile. Mais le plus terrible était la communication avec l hôte !!!! Elle est inexistante , jusqu'au point ou le check in est arrivé par mail avec 30 minutes de retard et que nous avons pu cherché la clé d'entrée. Par contre les recommandations du check out nous ont été envoyés 3 fois en insistant que le non respect des exigences engendrerait des frais.

Un séjour lumineux; malgré la pluie

L'appartement est très lumineux, situé au 2é Etage, une chambre à cet étage et les 3 autres en duplex. un bel espace de vie, mais une cuisine un peu juste pour élaborer les repas pour 10 adultes; une SB surprenante avec ces 2 douches cote à cote. L'appartement est géré par un service de conciergerie.

Mooie ligging van het huis veel trappen om er te geraken en fotos bedriegen zo te zien want de afwerking is allesbehalve. Losse plinten vuile oven douche die uitloopt
