"The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors...

"Séjour très agréable, Rob est un hôte très agréable et il a des talents de cuisiner qui faut impérativement tester dans le restaurant dont il est le chef qui se trouve au rdc. Parfois on aimerait garder les bonnes adresses pour soi mais Rob mérite vraiment d’être connu. J’aurai voulu pouvoir goûter tout ce qui est à la carte mais ce sera pour une prochaine fois. "This is a lovely clean and modern apartment. It's the top floor of a two storey building, with the downstairs being a dentists office. The place is extremely light and airy, great to relax and chill out as a family. Lots of space to cook, play games and watch movies. Plenty of space for storing bikes for family bike rides. Host is extremely helpful and friendly."

"Ons verblijf was uitstekend goed, ondanks het mindere weer. De ontvangst van de gastheer super. Vriendelijke man, spontaan. Prachtig appartement. Zeermooi en smaakvol ingericht. Zeer proper:) Veel leuke plekken kunnen ontdekken dankzij de tips van de gastheer en ook centraal gelegen. Bedankt voor de mooie week!"

"Smartflats just allocated me a flat outside of my desired location, without my knowledge and consent. I was left without where to stay and I was fully charged for it. Please be aware that they can change your research city without informing you. On top of that additional charges will be done to the credit cards without consent. So the value shown is much lower than what is charged in total. A full trap! "

"The property was not clean. In particular the shower had black mould. There were stains on the window cills. There was a loose socket in the bedroom, But most of all the cleaning staff turned up 15 mins before we were due to check out and were rude and unpleasant. We left punctually at 11am as agreed and the cleaning staff promptly sat down and had their lunch in the apartment living room"

"We stayed in the studio flat, the location is very good with many restaurants and bars nearby as well as key sightseeings of Liège. The property would need to be refurbished, there is a very strong and awful smell in the staircase up to the flats and the our shower did not have a curtain so the bathroom was quite mouldy. The kettle was broken, we informed the management upon arrival but never heard back from them. Their check in time is very late (after 4pm). "

"I usually do not right bad reviews, but throughout my travels I stayed in many places, this was probably the worse. Cheap and dirty. Maybe if you’re young hipster on a very tight budget, not for families. I booked 2 nights, left after 1 night early morning without looking back. Very depressing. Bring your own pillows and blankets."
