"This property was a wonderful find! Our host Bert and his wife were delightful. We arrived very early (11 AM) after a flight change had us take an earlier flight....no problem for Bert. We chatted for an hour over a Cappuccino from his awesome coffee machine! He gave us heads up on sights to see. This place even has a beer vending machine (no beer over $2.50!) and an indoor heated pool as well. We stayed three nights. It is 15 minutes north of Bruges and about a mile to a small Northside beach resort town. If you don't want to mess with the tourist resorts in the city and are travelling by car...this is your property. Would stay here again in a "New York Minute!"

"The first thing that I find crazy is you are charged €15 a night to park your car. This is out of season and as a hotel guest I find this unreasonable and too expensive. Hotel room was comfortable with a good bed but poor pillows. Great shower. Corridor outside my room and by the lift with filthy from the time I arrived to when I left."
