SHORES CLUB DID NOT HAVE ANY DAMAGE FROM THE STORMS LAST YEAR. ALL OF THE AMENITIES ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION.

Enjoy your next vacation at Shores Club! This modern, fully-furnished getaway offers beautiful sunrise views of the Atlantic off your private, furnished balcony, or from your living room. It has a well-equipped kitchen with white subway tile backsplash, open, industrial-style kitchen shelves, large kitchen island. All counter tops are marble. Washer and dryer is attached to the condo along with beach chairs, umbrella, floats and buggy boards. Guests of this rental will enjoy a year round heated pool, BBQ area, tennis, basketball courts, and fitness room. With a fun, family-friendly atmosphere and a no-drive stretch of beach, there is plenty of safe area here for the kids to play. Out door eating area and artificial grass area for games and enjoyment.

Centrally located, this condo is just a short drive from Daytona nightlife or Ponce Inlet dining and marinas . A few miles south will land you at Off the Hook Harbor and Marina or the Hidden Treasure Bar & Grill, both of which are local favorites. Check out the Marine Science Center or enjoy some offshore fishing at the Critter Fleet. And if you drive north, Daytona offers the boardwalk with local shops, arcades, rides, miniature golf, and live music at the bandshell. Enjoy the Nut Cracker Ballet at Christmas time, or the Boat Parade of lights in St. Augustine.

Parking notes: All guests are required to register each vehicle. If guests arrive later than 3:00 PM, the registration cards are located on the table in the lobby near the elevators right across from the TV. Please fill the form out and leave it in the Manager's folder slot which is located down the two step stairs that leads to the pool area. The manager will receive the card on the next business day.
ABSOLUTELY NO TRAILERS ALLOWED. Shores club condominium is a very strict condominium. They do not want to violate any laws and they follow procedures effectively.

Each condo allows one assigned parking spot in the garage located across from the lobby. You will have a garage remote in your assigned rental property for the exact number unit that you are allowed. If you rented a specific number unit, that number will be applied to your garage spot on the wall in the garage. Please reach out to your Local Operations Manager for any questions that you may have in regards to assigned parking. Please note, the garage remote is your sole responsibility to replace where you picked it up from on the counter in the unit. If not replaced, there will be a &75.00 replacement fee.

Please note, if you park any type of trailer or any other vehicle that has not been registered in an assigned spot, you will be towed and we will not be responsible. Any fees or any fines whatsoever will be the guests responsibility. HOA in all Daytona Beach Shores, FL are not allowed to have trailers parked in the property parking lot or garage.

It was a lovely unit with a beautiful view and you could get any closer to the beach. It would have been 5 stars except all the doors in unit including bathroom and bedrooms were not solid but made with slats which made things a bit awkward with my adult children and spouses being there with us

Attended the Daytona 24, so we were not able to enjoy the condo amenities very much. The condo is clean, roomy, and the building is nice. Parking is easy. Would stay here again if the need arises.

Amazing spot!
Stayed at Linda's condo from June 02, 2023 till June 12, 2023. Enough room for a family of 5 (2 adults, a 16yr old, a 12 yr old and an 8 yr old) right on the beach. Amazing view! Everything was in perfect order!! Linda made this a breeze! Will definately be staying here again!

There isn’t anything you can’t say besides absolutely wonderful! The accommodations are superior. The host is hands down, just lovely. The property is spectacular. You literally have your own private beach/ocean steps away. If the opportunity arises, and I visit Daytona Beach again, no questions asked, this is where I will stay every time!

Wonderful vacation.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful. The view magnificent. The check in and out was so easy. It was nice to just use a code to go anywhere on the property instead of a card. The condo was well furnished and item’s furnished were all we needed. We had a wonderful week. I hope to visit Daytona Shores again and I would happily stay in this condo. I appreciated being immediately contacted when I had a question.

Fun in the Sun
The property is spacious with beautiful views of the ocean and is located on the non-driving section of the beach. It is a quiet and well-maintained facility and everyone was very friendly. The condo is better equipped in the kitchen than most we have rented. The owner was cooperative. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely rent the unit again.

The unit was clean and bright and the the location and view was perfect. The only downside was that none of the small products (soap shampoo conditioner extra toilet paper) were present. We had to make a trip to the store to pick up these items.

I would like to say that my family and I have been coming to the Ponce Inlet area for well over thirty years. Up until this trip we have always stayed in the same place. However this year they were booked. I always said that things happen for a reason and this was a good thing. Shores Club had everything a family could want. I would also like to say that it was very clean and every interaction we had with employees were very friendly. We would definently come back but probably choose a month that wasn't so hot. We all give this listing a 10.

Property was fine. The picture should be updated as this is not how the room looks. I believe people live here ( in building) and by 7am every single outdated pool chair had been claimed. EVERY single day we were here, construction was being done on the building. They were shaving the broken concrete off outside of building and from 8am your whole condo vibrated and noise was loud, not letting up till the afternoon. So you could not enjoy the condo until later afternoon and night. With teenagers, this was not relaxing. The master mattress needs replacing and all new pillows are needed on all beds. I left everything in pristine shape when I left. I wiped all counters, removed all sheets from beds, put all dirty towels in pile in each bathroom and vacuumed. Overall good location with nice ocean view.

Beware of Parking Garage unless you have 4-Wheel Drive
The condo was nice and we enjoyed it immensely. The property is clean and the employees were extremely nice. Beware of the parking garage. The parking space is in the basement with an extremely steep incline and it ruined the front end of our Honda Accord. Entering was the issue. It was horrifying to hear the scraping of the car and find out the front end was damaged. If you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle you will be OK. If not, be prepared for permanent damage to your vehicle. Had I known this would be an issue, I would not have even attempted to park in the garage nor would I have rented this condo. I always look for a parking garage when I rent because keeping our car safe is important to me. This is the first time I have experienced damage entering a parking garage. It is not a lowered vehicle so that was not the problem. A warning should be posted on VRBO.
