This elegant Opus condominium contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area, a river and ocean view balcony, and over-sized windows and glass doors throughout. This condo is on the side of the building facing South providing a beautiful Southern exposure on the balcony.

The primary suite boasts private balcony access to enjoy spectacular ocean and river views. With a large walk-in closet, over-sized walk-in shower, granite double vanity, and 6' garden tub the primary suite is the epitome of luxury. The ocean view second bedroom is elegantly decorated and contains two full beds. The ocean view third bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom between the two guest bedrooms.

The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and contains a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools for additional seating. The adjacent dining area for 4 overlooks the ocean. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
