The resort is located approximately 1.5 hrs. from Disney, Universal, Seaworld, and other Orlando Theme Parks and 30 minutes from Blue Springs State Park / Home of the manatees.

Cancellation Policy:
Guest is required to pay $100 refundable security deposit upon booking. Cancelling 60 days or more prior to arrival results in 100 % refund of deposit. Cancelling 30 days prior to arrival results in 50% refund of deposit. Final payment is due two weeks before arrival.

Family weekend at ERAU
Very pleased with our short stay at this property. Everything we needed was included, communication with host was fantastic. Pool area was really nice food/drinks at Tiki bar were good overall. People were very kind and atmosphere was perfect for what we wanted on this trip.

This nice little condo is just perfect for a single person, a couple, or a small family. It’s equipped with most everything you need for a relaxing, restful visit. Lisa is a dream host with which to work! Easy and useful communication Is available at all times. The huge pool and large pool deck with a fun Tiki Bar are great. The view from the unit is stellar! Grocery and eateries are very near and the traffic is not bad at all. My only negative thoughts were that it’d be nice to have an actual oven to use if desired and that the Wi-Fi connectivity was more solid and reliable. Neither were a huge big deal. This was my 2nd visit to this unit and I’ll likely return.

I have stayed at the Hawaiian Inn several times in the past but first time in this unit. Owners were friendly and helpful. Unit had everything we needed plus we LOVED the hammock!! I hadn't been since Sept. 2021, pre-hurricane, and I was thankful to be back to enjoy the ocean, swimming pool, and tiki bar once again. We were there with three of our adult children & their family plus friends and their adult child & spouse. Great time for everyone!!

Tropical Paradise
We absolutely loved our stay. The owners thought of everything, from the decor to the extra amenities in the restroom, this place was designed to accommodate. We loved relaxing on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The hammock was a nice touch as well. This place helped make our 9th wedding anniversary one to remember. Highly recommend coming to enjoy this little slice of paradise.

Nice small property in central location. Easy parking, easy accessibility. Property advertisement indicated that the sleeper sofa had "new memory foam mattress". There was no memory foam mattress, only the factory provided mattress that comes with the furniture. Additionally, the "plush bedding" on the king bed was about 12" too short from the current length of the bed. I booked this property specifically due to the aforementioned comments about bedding and found them to be an unfortunate sleepless letdown.

The condo itself was very cute. It was a little chilly when we got back from riding, and we could not get the heat to work, but everything else with the condo was great. Lisa was always available with any questions I had. The only thing that I had issues with is that the laundry machines did not work and the elevators could use some updating. But that is not her fault by any means. Would stay again!

Made a quick trip for a race weekend. The hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Space was as advertised and just what we needed in a great spot on the beach. Unique and very comfortable beach view condo
Very comfortable and relaxing condo, we loved sitting on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee watching/hearing the ocean. Our son's favorite thing besides sitting on the balcony with us, was the jelly fish lamp. He would run to the lamp as soon as we got in the door and turn it on. I guess we'll be looking into purchasing him one soon lol. We spoke to Lisa on the phone prior to our travels and she is so sweet and does everything she can to make your stay the best. The pools were not open (by absolutely no fault of Buddy and Lisa), but since we stayed during Thanksgiving week, we did not hear any construction going on so we could enjoy our time and reconnect as a family. We brought a cot for our 3-year-old, but he wanted to sleep in the very comfy king size bed with mommy and daddy instead. Uniquely decorated and very comfortable condo that has everything you need. We highly recommend this condo (especially the hosts) to anyone who just wants to relax and not worry about anything. We are a family of 3 and it was the perfect size place to stay, and even had a lock on the balcony door that our toddler couldn't reach (that was even more mindful of the host to do to keep families safe).

Has potential
I come down every year but due to the hurricane my unit wasn’t ready so I booked one in the near vicinity. When we got there the room was very humid. I thought the ac had been turned off so we turned it on and waited. After 2 days with no response from maintenance I messaged the owner again and was told that maintenance found a part went down and they would fix it. The ac never worked. We proceed to get another room elsewhere as the mustiness was too overwhelming and it never cooled off for us. The owner said she would give us a refund of some sort but never did as the maintenance team told her that it was working the whole time. I would inspect the unit before staying to make sure the issue was fixed. Very disappointing

The room was a little cluttered. The door has issues with locking. You would have to play around several times to get it to lock. Had we known the severity of the damage we would most likely have selected another location. While the owners did accommodate the use of a pool down the road access would have been nicer at all hours. The host did communicate very well during the storm.

2nd Visit...just as I remembered!
This was my 2nd stay at this unit at Hawaiian Inn. The hosts are first class, communicating immediately upon booking and at various times leading up to and during the visit to check all was good. The views here are amazing as you enjoy your own private balcony and this unit has everything you need that you never have to leave the unit except to go to the market for groceries. I highly recommend this unit and this host. I know Ill be back again.
