2) NO alcohol in public areas; No beverage drinking while in the pool or spa; hearty fines.
3) Shirts, footwear and cover-ups are MANDATORY anywhere inside the building. $200 fines per person;
4) NO more than 5 people together inside the hot tub; very strictly enforced rules.

Please do not damage or stain towels by removing makeup, wiping the floor, wiping kitchen, etc.
Please don't leave the sliding or front door open. The Air conditioner is running all the time.
Please turn off lights and lock all windows and doors before leaving the house.
Please leave all soiled linens on the floor before checking out.
Please disclose ANY damages to the host before checking out.
Please be sure the door is locked when going out.
Please remove your shoes when walking on the carpet.
- Damages to the property or additional cleaning due to excessive mess are subject to charges.
