Beautiful View of the Atlantic Ocean from your balcony

Studio that sleeps up to 4 guests,their is a queen size pillow top mattress,and a double size sofa sleeper.Kitchen is equipped with all the pots,pans,dishes,glasses,and silverware you'll need full size frig with ice maker,toaster,and coffee maker.Curtains that block out 100% of the light,and a 50' flat screen tv,and free wireless internet.The bath has a large walk in shower with plenty of towels,and wash rags.The view is beautiful from your private balcony your facing due east right into the atlantic ocean,and the beach just a few feet away.You can hear the surf as it washes in.Out side the room their is plenty to do,an Olympic size pool with plenty of lounge chairss,and we've got a heated pool when the weather turns a little cool.On the pool deck their is the tiki bar,and you can get some good burgers.On the weekend theirs a band that plays overlooking the pool.In the lobby their are a lot of games so bring your quarters,and a nice gift shop where you can get your last minute souvenirs.Free large parking lot for our quests.

Amazing vacation

This condo is exactly as advertised! We enjoyed our stay very much! Even with the pool being out, it was still an amazing stay with a quick walk to the beach. The phone service was not very good in the condo, but still able to receive notifications. The owner was very nice and very easy to get in touch with! Would definitely stay again!

Great place Love the location and the beach is beautiful, The pools were all closed along with Tiki bar and restaurant! Also luau was not operational but was told all will open soon after we leave hummm lol! Maybe next year since we will be back!!!!

Breathtaking
What an amazing stay!! The hotel is a little rough around the egdes, but the ROOM, its like a totally different environment. Ask for more towels and tp and the owner without question brought it right over. Loved having access to the back door, takes you right to the beach. We saw dolphins from the balcony and it was amazing!! Within walking distance from pretty much everything you could need or want. When we come back next year, this will be the first place i look at to rent. Loved it!!

We had a wonderful time the room was very nice and clean loved the view wished there was not construction going on but after that storm it is a must to get everything back to normal we didn’t really mind it all everything is understandable what was having to be done we will be back soon

Beautiful view and up to date
The room was great and up to date and the view was beautiful. The only problem was the wall are thin and the people coming down the hall, you could hear everything Bring your ear plugs for night if your a light sleeper

Dave was a pleasure to work with on my first VRBO rental. We arrived and the unit was just as described and pictured. It lived up to all our expectations and then some. It has a great view of the beach, comfortable bed and sofa, plenty of kitchen utensils, and a great shower. I would recommend to anyone heading to Daytona Beach.

SISTERS WEEKEND
Unit was beautiful, exceptionally clean, view was fantastic. The building as a whole is older, hallways a bit smelly due to the humidity, etc.. We simply spent on days on the beach and our nights on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Very relaxing. Will definitely stay here again when in Daytona. Owner a delight to work with.

We spent three weeks in a studio. Location, location, location, is what it is all about for us. Being right at the beach with the awesome ocean views was amazing. We even saw dolphins right from our room on a few occasions. The studio had all the things we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was not reopened yet due to repairs from the hurricane but with the ocean right there it didn’t matter to us. Our host was amazing. He responded quickly to us every time we had a question and was super nice.

Overall a wonderful room. Had everything that was needed including beach chairs! Very clean! My only complaint is that the microwave and oven did not work. We moved the microwave on the island and it worked fine so maybe bad sockets? But other than that it was wonderful!! Definitely will be coming back!

Relaxing Vacation
My husband and I just spent 3 days in this unit and loved it! Room was very clean, just as pictured. The décor is great and everything you need is provided, including beach towels, beach chairs, stocked kitchen, even a hairdryer. Owner was great to work with, very prompt and thorough. As previous reviewer said, the building itself is older, the condition of the stairways, elevators, and hallways reflect that. The room has been completely updated (tile shower was great) with taste and exceeded our expectations. And the view is just spectacular, about as close to the ocean as you can get. We'll definitely be back.
