Beautifully remodeled and fully equipped, our three-bedroom, 10th floor corner condo has breathtaking views of the ocean and Inter-coastal/Halifax River. Unlike most Daytona Beach properties, our condo is SITUATED ON THE QUIET, "NO-DRIVE" (pristine & quiet) portion of world-famous Daytona Beach. It is very different from the drive-on sections where cars drive between sun-bathers and the water.
It is UNIQUE: Very few condos offer magnificent views of sunrises over the ocean AND spectacular sunsets over the Inter-coastal, as well as moonlight dancing over both the ocean and inter-coastal. Because the condo is on the 10th floor of an eleven story building and is a corner unit (the reason for its spectacular views), it offers beauty 24/7! We completely remodeled the ENTIRE condo to add to the spaciousness and ocean views throughout. The living room and master bedroom provide a 180 degree, breathtaking view of the beach, ocean and SunGlow Pier, and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms provide views of the Inter-coastal waterway.
Walk out the front door of the building, across the pool and down the steps to access the beach. Swim, build sand castles, lounge on the balcony and watch dolphins, surfers and the glistening waves...as well as pelican fly-bys! Walk down the beach (10 minutes at most) to Crabby Joe's Restaurant on Sun Glow Pier (YES!!! It has finally re-opened and is better than ever!) for a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner with the waves splashing and crashing below the pier!
Highly Furnished and CLEAN Condo: Because this is our winter retirement home, we furnish it accordingly. You will find everything you need for a wonderful week's vacation. This 1,800+ sq ft, clean, completely renovated condo is located in a family-friendly, secured, 75 unit building and has private, secured and designated parking for one car. Additional outside parking spaces are available on first-come basis.
Condo furnishings include all new appliances & white cabinets, porcelain tiled flooring, and exotic granite counter tops. The dining table seats eight and the kitchen island seats five. Master bathrooms has double sinks, extra-deep tub and shower with removable shower head, and glass doors and ceramic tile surround. Guest bathrooms have walk-in showers with removable shower heads, walk-in, glass showers with tile surrounds.
Condo amenities include furniture on both balconies;, free WiFi; secure, individualized keyless access to condo; Smart TVs with cable/premium channels in every bedroom and living room; new washer & dryer; a fully-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils & dishes; Keurig and drip coffee makers; cooking utensils for even gourmet cooks, twelve piece settings of dishes, silverware and glassware; serving dishes, fry and pizza pans and pots, casserole and baking dishes, blender, crock pot; bedding and linens. We provide beach chairs, toys and beach towels for our guests’ enjoyment.
Pack lightly! The unit has an interior laundry with newest, front-load model washer and dryer. All towels and linens are provided.
We have done the work so you can keep it simple and relax! All we ask is that you enjoy your stay and treat our "Home-Away-from-Home" with the same TLC that we do!
This unit usually rents Saturday to Saturday only except during September through January, and special events/weekends.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED and this is a NON-SMOKING unit.
If a pet is brought into the unit, you will be required to immediately remove it AND you will be charged for the cost to sanitize the condo. We take our promise to provide a pet-free environment and our renters' health seriously.
