CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
This condominium building has approved an exterior renovation project of its building with a start date of August 2022 lasting until at least the Fall of 2025. The ongoing construction work will be taking place Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm working hours only and will not be going on during the weekends.
The building is separated into two sides. North side comprising of 01/02 units and South side comprising of 03/04 units. The 01/02 units have finished their work. The construction will be on the south side of the building from here on out.
*OUR UNIT IS AN 02* (so no more work)
The construction noise can be loud at times. Some weeks they are not doing anything loud and other weeks they are. There is nothing we can do about this. Please do not book our property if this is something that would bother you. The price reflects the ongoing work.
The pool and beach access ramp are open.

This 14th floor oceanfront unit is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom with 1400 sqft under air and 150 sqft wrap around balcony, situated only 2 miles from the Daytona night life on Seabreeze Ave and Main St where Bike Week and Biketoberfest take place; this condo is sure to leave you wanting nothing more.

The kitchen has been renovated and features stunning white cabinets, beautiful black granite countertops, and the backdrop of stainless steel appliances.
Additionally the bar top along the kitchen seats 2, the kitchen table can seat 6+.
The outdoor patio set has 3 high teak wood chairs surrounding by 2 high top teak tables.
The oceanfront view is immaculate and for the price is the best view in Daytona Beach.
CONDO AMENITIES:
While the unit is beautiful and the view is unbeatable. The building is old. Built in the 1970's. The fitness equipment in the fitness room works but it is old. The pool is open and the beach access ramp is open. If you need the latest and greatest building and amenities this is likely not the unit for you.
If all you need is a great unit, a beautiful view, direct beach access, and a pool? this may be the right unit for you.

Minimum age: 25 (age of primary renter)
1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available (If the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We pass the charge on to the guest.

PARKING: You are guaranteed one parking spot in the garage. The top deck spots are first come first serve everyday. If you bring two vehicles and there is not a top deck spot available then you must take your vehicle to Bob's parking which is additional $$ or you can park your vehicle in any place they allow public overnight parking.
WASHER/DRYER:
- This is an older building. There is a washer/dryer in the hall and it is coin operated controlled by our condo association.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bar soap. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
