Great Place to Stay
House was very comfortable and very clean. Pool was awesome and had a perfect location on the canal. Owner was super easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to get back.

Amazingly perfect experience
We have used VRBO properties in a variety of cities both in the US and outside the US. This was our absolute best experience. Last November, we rented a home in South Daytona for $7,000 and were totally disappointed. This stay was far better! The property manager responded quickly to questions. The home is clean. The amenities all worked as advertised. The home exceeded our expectations. The location is wonderful. We had quick access to activities and a wide variety of Door Dash options. We absolutely loved the separation of the primary suite from the other bedrooms. The pool was wonderful. The pool enclosure made it even more enjoyable. There is plenty of separation from the neighbors. Guests can wake up and jump in the pool or fish in the adjacent canal. Great value! Great home! Great experience!

Great little place on the water. Pool needed cleaning before we went in but not a big deal. It was nice to have and cool off after a day on the water. We will be back.

We stayed for 5 nights over the 4th of July Holiday and couldn’t be more pleased with the home, the owner, and the location! Jennifer is super sweet and responds to questions quickly! The home is beautiful, clean, and had several wonderful amenities!
The pool was amazing! We were very appreciative of the beach towels, games, washer and dryer, and all of the little surprises like this that weren’t in the listing! Super close to Walmart for groceries (0.6 miles I believe)! The photos in the listing are exactly like the house! My husband and father enjoyed fishing from the dock conveniently located directly behind the pool! They caught several catfish in the short amount of time they were fishing. We especially loved the screened in pool and porch area! Coming from Indiana we are used to mosquitoes, bees, and all sorts of irritants, but we noticed that we didn’t have to worry about insects at all while sitting out there. Televisions in each of the bedrooms and living room which was awesome with 10 people! We had 10 adults and slept comfortably! The couch does make into a bed which slept 2 adults. The mattresses are great! Everyone slept well and the house is very sound. I could only slightly hear our girls and their friends in the pool. We will definitely check availability on our next trip to Daytona!
