This 1 Bedroom/2 Bath Direct Ocean Front Property is sure to check all the boxes. The Master Suite offers a King Size bed, full bath and large closet with partial ocean views. The living room includes a Queen size Murphy Bed, love seat and recliner. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pot, pots/pans and utensils. The pantry is perfectly sized for all your food, snacks and paper items.

Direct ocean front property, private balcony with ocean views, spacious condo, Wifi & cable TVs, 2 swimming pools (one heated), grills, workout facility and more.
(Due to the Hurricane in Sept and Nov one of our pools is damaged and our deck also. Beach access is available from the right side of the property.)

Cozy Condo
We had a great time and were very impressed. We loved our ocean views and quick walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. Jesse was very responsive and helpful through the booking and checking in process.

We enjoyed our stay! The property is oceanfront however this specific place is not. You can see the ocean from the balcony however we like having the door open and listening to the waves crash and that we couldn’t do. But other than that it was a nice stay!

Great condo with views of beach. Worked well for 2 friends-one staying in main room on pull out bed and one in bedroom. 2 full baths. Close to everything. Pools and public area being repaired with one pool working but still a great find.

Beach front get away!
For the past three years we have come to Daytona Beach for the NCA and NDA championships held on the bandshell. This property was about a 15 minute beach walk there. It was also reasonably priced for our week stay. Thanks to the Instagram post of the property we mostly knew what to expect. The complex is approximately 50 years old and individually owned units. Our rental was clean and had sufficient space for us with two bathrooms and separate bedroom. Small kitchen but worked fine. The balcony has a side view of the ocean which was nice and you could hear the waves. Two years ago hurricane Nicole hit the area hard and there’s still a ton of rebuilding going on and this place was no exception. The property has two pools and one was open and the other was still under repairs as the sea wall and 2nd pool were closed. There was a very tiny beach access path to the ocean which we had to discover. The rental had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie board which was awesome. There are two AC units one was not working but since it was spring time and there was a fan it wasn’t a problem. I would suggest to the owners they leave an information sheet as we had to discover the open pool on our own and find a path to the beach. Also the shower in the master bath was under repair and didn’t work. The place was full of nice supplies including beach towels, extra pillows, blankets and we used the hot plate in the kitchen every morning to cook eggs and make toast. Great value for the area.

Love the property
We had a great stay in Daytona. The property was clean and very nice but the air conditioning in the main area was out and the master shower was not in working order. The owner said that the a/c would be fixed on Monday, but no one ever came. The owner was very nice, but did not fix what needed fixing and did not answer when we tried to call again later in the week. All in all, our stay was amazing BUT it would have been better had we been able to shower in the main bathroom and if we had a/c throughout the condo.

Not happy!!
Terrible!!! Rating out of 10, would be a 0!! Host never provided info on how to access properly. Emailed him night before asking for the information. He never replied, so we arrive at the property, I call him & leave a message, this was on February 21st, as of today March till 12th, still never heard from him. Call VRBO, they call him and he says property isn't available due to damage. So here we are for an 8 night vacation with no place to stay. He sure had no problem taking my $$. He obviously knew properly was not going to be available and didn't have the decently to let me know ahead of time. He should not be allowed to advertise this property. VRBO did go above and beyond to help us find lodging. VRBO excellent to work with.

Week at the beach in Daytona Florida!
We had a wonderful stay, far more comfortable than any hotel room. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. This made our vacation feel like we were staying at a family or friend's place, very cozy and relaxing. We would definitely stay again and look forward to next year!

Coral Cottage is truly a Gem
This is our second time staying in this complex but our first time at Coral Cottage and hopefully it won't be our last. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of it. Coral Cottage is stocked with everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable. The unit was clean and looked just like the photos. It was sad to see the storms damage to the property but this stay was the most relaxed stay we have had and we come down every year .condo was perfect for us . Communication was awesome no issues at all . Can’t wait to come back next year .

Nice Room-okay Buliding
Our room was nicely decorated and clean. It was stocked very well with everything plus access to cleaning supplies which we appreciated. The Buliding itself was older and more like a motel. The pool was clean and deep.

Very Nice Beach Vaca
The owners were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very nicely decorated. So cute. Small and cozy. Convenient to the beach with two nice pools. Friendly people here during the stay as well. This condo is in an older complex right in Daytona. We were conviently located to all things fun and to explore in Daytona and A1A.
