There is no beach access due to the Sea Wall being down.
The Horizon Complex is currently having major construction due to concrete restoration and should be done by the end of May 2023. Jackhammering may be heard Monday through Friday.

Amazing Condominium
This condo is beautiful, spacious, and very clean with tons of amenities useful for being on the beach. There were beach towels left on our bed for use, boogie boards and board games if you have kids, and books to read for rainy days. The balconies have beautiful views of both the beach and the city. I would definitely recommend this condo!

There were issues upon checkin. Jeff did a good job of handling everything he could. The dishwasher
the dishwasher required a part that is on back order so we did not have a dishwasher all week for 6 people. The TV in the queen bedroom works but requires a control for turn on and volume. The Roku control Jeff brought in works but there is no way to control volume. Over all it was a good stay. comfortable and roomy; attention is needed for the window cover in the master bedroom bathroom. Again, Jeff did all he could do for us. Thank you

Beach condo
We had a bit of a problem with the check-in process, because keys weren’t where they had said they would be. Once that was worked out, everything went fine. We didn’t notice that they were going to be doing construction Monday through Friday, even though that was probably on the confirmation email. We were there on the weekend so I didn’t really affect us much.

Golf Trip
Four of us stayed here for the weekend to play golf near by. The condo was nice and the view was excellent. When we arrived on Friday the A/C did not work. I called number that was given and repairs could not be made until Saturday morning. There was no remote for TV in main room and TV was not hooked up to cable. In order to watch TV we had to purchase a HDMI cable and hook TV up to a laptop. You would think someone would have checked everything before we arrived.

Great beds! Huge condo with great views. You have to drive to another location to get the key that accesses the building and then you have to take it back. One key that accesses the front of the building, the beach gate (to and from), the door to the pool and the gate to the pool. One key…. Condo sleeps 8-10, so plan on everyone doing the same thing at the same time. And the key is really hard to manage around the salt, it will make you cuss trying to get that lock open! I’d stay in this condo again, but with only a couple of people considering they key issue.

Great location and size but…
First the property met our needs for a weekend and the property mgmt group was very fast to my outreach. The listing noted construction outside however there was extensive work being done inside as well. It was an issue on Monday morning with co structure noise starting before sunrise! The condo itself is spacious but it does need some updating - 2 sliders didn’t fully close and beds/bedding a bit worn. Some things I’m used to (ie coffee filters or starter pods) were missing and no blankets which was an issue with the cold weather last week. The property is worth considering for a weekend while construction is still happening.

Won’t work with Vacasa again
The condo was wonderful. However, the check-in email was confusing-the fact we had to pick up a key at their office was at the end of the email—in “additional notes” and not at the beginning where it needed to be. Then the problem was that we only had one key which got us into the building PLUS was needed to access the beach. I’d told Vacasa my husband, son, and son in law would all need to come and go-husband had cancer treatments and sons were working. Kyle at Vacasa was great to find an extra key and came twice to take care of some issues-once we got through and insisted we speak with someone associated with the property.

Love the wrap around balcony, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Easy walk to beach and back with 2 toddlers. Very clean and roomy kitchen and living room. Big hallway to dump all the beach toys inside the unit.
