We have owned and managed the condo since 2004 -
Rent with confidence.
We want you to know that you will be renting from the owner of the condo -- not another owner managing many. We want to make your stay special and pride ourselves on our number of repeat guests. Condo 1411 was recently remodeled with updated bathrooms - kitchens - furniture and you will find everything wonderfully maintained. We do not use on site housekeeping -- it costs a bit more, but it allows us to have our own towels - sheets and kitchen equipment that will remind you of home - and we are also able to keep a few extras in the kitchen and thru out the condo.

3 Bedroom/2 Bath/Oceanfront Balcony 14th Floor Condo includes:
• Oceanfront Balcony off Living Room
• Master Bedroom W/ King Bed
• Master Bath with Soaking Tub with Jets and Fireplace
• Master Bath shower has 2 shower heads
• 2nd bedroom W/ 2 full sized beds
• 3rd bedroom W/ 2 full sized beds
• Living Room/Dining Room
• Kitchen (dishwasher-stove/oven, refrigerator w/ ice-maker)
2 washer/dryer units for your convenience

60th Birthday Celebration
We celebrated our Buddies 60th Birthday at his favorite place to go. Daytona’s Ocean Walk Resort. We have been coming to this resort for 25+ years and it never disappoints. We had a great ocean front room that was clean, spacious and all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend to anyone.

A good choice for Daytona Beach.
We stayed during the holidays and had a nice time. The overall property shows signs of basic deferred maintenance and the colors and design of this room was a uninspired, but its well equipped and spacious. Can't beat the views! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would pick this property again. We prefer a place with walkable food options and this property is great for that. The attached Ocean Walk Shoppes are nice and some of the best birria tacos we've ever had are there.

What a great place to stay. The property owner was very easy to talk to and accommodated our needs. We stayed here a couple years ago and the updates to the condo were wonderful! The bathroom remodels were beautiful We had an issue with the air conditioning and we contacted our owner and she immediately had maintenance to our room and it was promptly fixed. I strongly recommend staying at this condo and at this resort

Family Vacation on the Beach
Everything was great, however it was a little to high up for our comfort to sit outside, but they had great chairs to sit in. Lots of restaurants and stores around. The air-conditioning in the back bedrooms was not working and if running the washer and dryer in that back part of rental got extremely uncomfortable . They did respond to quickly to a few things that needed fixing.

Couldn’t have chose a better spot/place. The condo was immaculate and just like the pictures. Very clean! The owner was very timely when the AC went out someone fixed it immediately!! The amenities were also outstanding.

Hey there, The view is AMAZING! Location is FANTASTIC! The logistics of checking in and out can be a challenge here. There are definitely not enough trashbags and basic needs - bring your own things like sponges and detergent. Maybe enough for one wash.

My family had a great time here. The staff was very friendly. The security gives the overall family stay a more relaxing feel knowing you are safe. The property is very nice and updated . One of the best vacations i’ve ever had. Plenty of space for me and my friends to decompress. Beautiful view of the ocean, we loved sitting on the amazing adirondack chairs on the balcony every morning and listening to the waves! Cant wait to come back!

Great time!
Stayed for a week in this unit and could not be happier. The views were just spectacular. The unit has everything we needed. We took advantage of the cooler and beach ball and spent a day on the beach. We cooked most days since kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials. Beautiful place! Can’t wait to go back.

We had 7 in our group. It was perfect size for us. The view was spectacular. The location is right on the beach with access 24/7. Almost all the amenities were open to use (just not the small water slide). The owners were very nice and graciously let us extend an extra night early and accommodated our crazy check in arrangements. The on-site staff was friendly and helpful in finding places to eat. It was a wonderful stay!

Great Place Great Views
We stay at the Ocean Walk every year, but this was the first time we stayed in this particular condo. Best by far!! Loved the layout and perfect for our family! Awesome Place!
I definitely recommend. Everything thing looks just like the pictures. Location is great! Everything is close by. Resort is very luxurious and lots of things to do for adults and kids. My family will definitely be back.
