Oceanfront - Pool Deck Closed - Construction Onsite

The North pool is open and pool deck available.
The South pool deck & pool (directly outside of our room) is closed - the south pool and sea wall were damaged in the 2022 hurricanes.
We have priced this rental lower due to construction inconveniences.
The south pool is not operational and sea wall is damaged.
Pool deck patio paver repairs are ongoing outside our back door - pool repairs will follow.

Condo was nice and it was advertised as pool under construction. The construction limits access to pool and ocean, but again it was advertised as such.

The property advertises a beautiful view of the beach. Upon arrival we learned the main pool was under construction and our view was of a metal fence and there was no direct access to the beach. If I knew this I would not have booked it.

This property owner was so kind and helpful. The place was close to water park and shopping. The lookout from the balcony was a perfect view and the room was very clean and comfortable. There are 5 pools here and a Lazy River. It was just the two of us, but this place would also be a great choice for a family with children. We would choose this place again.
