We can help with anything you need during your stay, but do prefer reasonable business hours 8:00am to 6:00pm. Of course in an emergency, we can be reached and would be happy to help. We send detailed unit check in and access instructions at typical intervals in advance of your arrival.
Building is on a main road in Kettering but Unit is on back of building. Unit also requires steps to access.
We ask all Guest to access the building through the back door which I located behind the building. Pull into the driveway and enter the garage with the unit in which you rented. That will be your parking spot for the duration of your stay. If you bring 2 vehicles, please do not park your extra vehicle in someone else garage spot. We ask that you park along to front of the building at the curb.
This unit comes with 1 parking space in the garage. Best transport is via personal vehicle, but the bus lines are close and naturally Uber and other ride share services are in the area.
This location is on a corner of a neighborhood and a main road in area East Kettering. Easy access via I-675 & OH35 to WPAFB, USAF Museum, Wright State, Cedarville University or to downtown Dayton where you will find the University of Dayton, Victoria Theatre, The Schuster Performance Arts Center, many microbreweries and multiple fine dining restaurants. Just ask me and I will guide you!
MidCentry Modern is a 2 bedroom (Queen bed in each) 2nd floor apartment that has been well maintained and completely updated. We own the whole building and take pride in offering a tasteful, clean, safe place close to so much in Dayton. We visit the property personally on a regular basis and are very attentive to the condition, decor, and clientele. We decorate and manage our units in a manner that we would stay in as guests, so you can be assured we are ethical, reasonable, fair, and will be grateful for your stay.
Please know our place is in a busy residential neighborhood that is safe, well maintained, but bustling. You will be close to a lot of shopping, restaurants, and just minutes from I675. Convenient to so much, but definitely not hidden off in the sticks!
Truvi is our Guest Verification process, the Damage waiver is $35. per stay!
If you are bringing a Pet, there is a charge of $125 per stay for 1 pet. (we reserve the right to charge extra for more than 1 pet). No cats, the owner is highly allergic to them.
Lastly, We love to welcome last minute guests, our company hours are from 8am to 6pm. If a same day reservation comes in during those hours, we will do what we can to accommodate you. We do charge an additional $200 security deposit which will be refunded back within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs.
