Delightful Dayton - Bright & Homey

Great home in desirable neighborhood—close to parks and Quiet/nice neighborhood, nice yard, 2 large smart TVs and a smaller smart TV, Spectrum Cab;e TV, High-Speed Internet, two queen beds, futon, and sofa. A good-sized stocked kitchen. Covered Patio in the back yard in the back yard. One car attached garage available. Great if you are traveling for business or with a family, reunions, or visiting friends.

Three super comfy bedrooms, 2 bath home with office. All spaces are available for guest use. There is a fire pit and chairs in the private back yard. (be sure to move them out from under the awning if you want to enjoy a fire or roast marshmallows! A well-stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and you are welcome to use whatever spices and ingredients are on hand. Owners have some personal items in the office and some closets.
