Quirky but great location
We had a good stay at the Barn. Its definitely not for people that value their privacy as bedrooms are all open planned. Great location next to Cliffy's!

Beautiful property , very artistically & thoughtfully decorated .
We did appreciate the unique character of this very different property. It was very warm , comfortable & clean . A few things let this property down. There was only a bar fridge , considering the property caters for 6 adults it was no where near big enough for 6 adults for the 5 nights we were there . Luckily one of us had brought a large eski but it was a constant juggle , and not good enough considering the cost of renting the property & how much thought had gone into the decor . It was very dark inside the property at night , not enough light for reading in the living , kitchen area . We felt for our safety was compromised at times because it was so dark , especially the lounge area . It also didn’t help 3 lights in the kitchen area weren’t working. The position of the property was ideal for walking to the various attractions of lovely Daylesford. We did all enjoy our Easter despite these issues .

Fantastic place
We had a wonderful stay at the Barn! It was lovely and clean, with all the comforts of home that we required. In a great location, we popped around to Cliffy's for breakfast and coffees, and the rest of Daylesford was only a short walk or drive away! A very comfortable stay, we'd definitely return and recommend to anyone wanting some rest and relaxation.

Cosy, clean and comfortable
So much thought has gone into presenting a wonderful place. Inviting the moment you walk in. The small touches made it so inviting. Extremely clean. My only suggestion is that some small maintenance matters in need of attention. One window did not shut properly and the kitchen taps were loose. Not all lights and power points functioned. But these are very small matters that did not change the fact we loved it and enjoyed our stay

Excellent Property in Amazing Location
We had a fabulous stay at The Barn for 3 nights, 3 Adults & 3 Children. We walked everywhere, The Barn is in good walking distance to everything. We got our coffee in the morning from Cliffy's next door, had breakfast there also. Walked to the Botanical Gardens, explored and had a lovely Breakfast in the Wombat Cafe. Spent time at the Lake, Park and Skate Park with the kids. Had some nice pampering at the Mineral Day Spa and thoroughly enjoyed some nice down staying warm & cosy in The Barn. This is my second time staying at The Barn and i know it won't be the last.

Beautiful, quirky, cozy and fantastic location

Beautiful Home for a Holiday!
We rented 'the Barn' in Daylesford for a weekend stay. It is a warm, cosy, original and creative home. Perfect for a family or two couples. Theresa was very accomodating when we requested a barbeque and had it there ready for us upon arrival. I would have gladly stayed longer, and we would definitely rent it again when we return!

Lovely property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Barn. Well appointed and very comfortable. Our only suggestion is a gas ring in the kitchen (even a small camping one) so that guests can cook when they arrive (it seemed to take until the following day for the Aga stove to heat up enough for us to cook and we'd brought all of our provisions to cook dinner). Otherwise, sensational!

Unique property for a great stay!
The Barn is a unique property. So many photo opportunities just on the property! Would highly recommend bridal parties wanting unique photos to stay there. We stayed for a weekend and loved every moment of it. It has everything you need for a more than comfortable stay and nice and close to Cliffys to get extra treats. I felt like a princess in the upstairs bedroom... I will definitely be back :)
