"The house unfit for rental. Pool fence not secure, large whole in the pergola ground, unable to open windows, sliding doors. Provide BBQ but no gas or utensils. BBQ absolutely disgusting and has never been cleaned. Fly screens so dirty that we could not open windows. Mould on venetian blinds, air vent and owner called me a liar even though we have photos. House being reported to local government authorities and to Stayz"

"We were really happy with this property. It was close to the airport but far enough away not to be impacted by noise or traffic. The Aether brewery at the end of the street was a major hit, as was Lilypad cafe near the train station. Andy was a great host and graciously gave us an extended check out due to sporting commitments on the last morning. We would come again if the opportunity arose."

"A beautiful property in a peaceful suburb. A lovely walk at nearby beaches and great cafes. So many playgrounds around the area too! Conveniently close to the freeway, making it easy to move around Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast! The house has all the necessities you need! A comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, which acts as the 4th bedroom. I was happy to see that when the bi-fold doors are open, it’s one spacious living area.
