The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a small residence. The two balconies with sunbeds extend the interior living space and invite you to daydream. It has a closed private garage of 25m² in the basement, allowing the parking of your vehicle in complete safety. It consists of a beautiful entrance with large cupboards, a large living room with lounge (TV, stereo, WIFI), dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher), a bedroom (1 bed 140x190), a bathroom (with bath, washing machine and dryer), a toilet independent. A second bedroom (with 1 bed 140x190) can be offered at your request for a maximum capacity of 3 people (supplement of 12€ / night). For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen as well as heating, water and electricity are included in the price. You also benefit from reversible air conditioning.
