The bright and comfortable apartment located in the heart of Davos and is integrated with the 4-star Hotel Europe. The Hotel services can optionally (mostly for free) are used (swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, solarium, massage, restaurant, bar, elevator, safe, ski storage, concierge service, Wi-Fi in the hotel sector, etc.).
The very well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment is on the third Floor and has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bath, a living room with foldaway bed and possible extra bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher / stove / oven / fridge / freezer / toaster / coffee maker and a separate toilet The balcony in east direction offers a wonderful sunrise overlooking the Jakobshorn.
There is also in the third Stock a laundry room with washer and dryer, which can be used free of charge.
In addition, the apartment belonging to the underground car park can be rented. Direct public access to all the ski areas is right outside the hotel, tours are free of charge with a valid ski pass.
Furthermore, you are more than 330 km mountain bike trails, numerous hiking trails and the new 18-hole golf course in site.

The very nicely equipped apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a bedroon with a king size bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a living and dining room with a foldaway bed and a possible additional bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher / stove / oven / fridge / freezer / toaster / coffee machine, a toilet and a balcony with separate view to the beautiful Jacob Horn mountain.
There is therefore a washing machine and a dryer on the 3rd floor did can be used for free.
In addition you can rent the underground parking lot belongs to the apartment did.
Direct public access to all the ski areas is in front of the hotel, rides are free with a valid ski pass.

We came to Davos to watch Spengler Cup hockey and this apartment was in an ideal location at a reasonable price for this...very walkable from train station to the apartment and then on to the ski areas and the arena. As others have noted, you can hear the late-night noise from the street...as this is located adjacent to various bars/nightclubs (and we were there over New Years Eve).

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten-alles in nächster Nähe... Leider hat es momentan gegenüber eine grosse Baustelle-von der aus ein grosser Lärm kommt...! Die Wohnung selber ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Leider ein wenig ringhörig, man hört die Dusche und Schritte der Nachbarn oberhalb... Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt, die Verwaltung ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Sehr nette Vermieterin, unkomplizierter Kontakt, gut möblierte Wohnung. Im Sommer leider recht laut, da direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Dafür natürlich sehr zentral, Schatzalpbahn, Geschäfte, Restaurants um die Ecke.

Alles sehr schön wie beschrieben.
Sehrnette Kommunikation zur Vermieterin. Zentrale Lage des Appartements mit idealen Anschluss zu Ei kaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentlichem Verkehr und Skilifts. Wohnung liebevoll ausgerüstet mit ordentlichem Mobiliar. Küche klein und älter, aber zweckmäßig und vollständig (ohne Mikrowelle). Fenster schalldicht zur Straße. Hotelpool, Saune und Fitness nett. Kommen gerne wieder.

Super gemütliches Appartement in perfekter Lage
Meine Frau und ich hatten eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche in Davos! Herrlicher Sonnenschein und perfekte Pisten - Pulverschnee noch im März. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen mit Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer optimal. Sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet - man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Alles da, was man braucht, WLAN funktioniert auch sehr gut. Traumhafter Blick vom Wohnzimmer / Balkon über die Dächer der Stadt auf das Jakobshorn. Zentrale Lage im Ort, Frühstück kauft man in coop pronto im gleichen Haus unten. Viele Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe, zum Jakobshorn geht man zu Fuß, zur Parsenn mit dem Bus - Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Super nette und professionelle Betreuung der Vermieterin vor und während des Urlaubs! Wohnungsschlüssel und Tiefgaragenkarte bekommt man über einen Schlüsselsafe, den man einfach mit einem Code öffnen kann. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, wir kommen beim nächsten Urlaub in Davos sicher wieder hierher!

Tolle, sehr zentrale Ferienwohnung direkt an der Promenade!
Die Ferienwohnung ist dem Hotel Europe angeschlossen und liegt direkt an der Promenade. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt gegenüber, ein kleiner COOP ist ebenfalls ums Eck. Die Ferienwohnung war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber und für drei Erwachsene und ist mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet (nur ein Wasserkocher für Tee wäre noch wünschenswert ;-). Positiv zu erwähnen sind die zwei Bäder, jeweils eins En-Suite und ein Gäste-WC mit Waschbecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, man hat sich - trotz Altbau - gleich wohl und wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Hotel bietet ebenalls einen kleinen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Hallenbad (haben wir nicht genutzt), eine Piano-Bar und eine kostenlose Fahrt auf die Schatzalp (pro Person/Aufenthalt). Frau Dedora war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns prompt weitergeholfen - einen Fön gibt es übrigens an der Rezeption wie Sie mir beigebracht hat ;-) Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich, aber sehr sauber und mit guter Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Ein Manko hat die Fewo leider: Durch die zentrale lage ist der Verkehr bei geöffnetem Fenster (!) doch sehr störend. Hinzu kommt, dass es im gleichen Gebäude zwei Clubs/Bars gibt, die über's Wochenende und an bestimmten Wochentagen geöffnet haben und Nachts bei offenem Fenster nur mit Ohrstöpseln einigermaßen zu ertragen waren. Bei viel Schnee im Ort wohl weniger ein Problem - wir hatten leider damit etwas zu schaffen. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und wer nicht so lärmempfindlich ist wie wir, ist hier wirklich wunderbar aufgehoben.
