"The hotel is perfectly located at the center of the village. they provide pick up service from the main train station. the staff at reception and the dining room was extremely helpful and kind. The only point I would suggest to improve is the cold water at the swimming pool. "

The only improvements would be to add coffee making facilities in the room (this is an option for which a supplement applies - quite atypical these days), put bathrobes in the room by default (something we had to ask for) and the same for conditioner in the bathroom. "Spacious but surprisingly rundown and anonymous for the price. Location is good - short walk to the bus, the main ski lift or a little bit further to the HB. They said we could come check in an hour early but in the end we waited until exactly the normal check in time - limited staff that were cleaning up until the last minute.
