"The furniture was old broken down and dirty☹️ it was a total disappointment specifically the property being a Marriott and myself being a Marriott rewards member. We stayed here several times about 6-7 years ago and the reason why we booked. It was a total suprise to see the condition of the place, the furniture was broken and the television screen was black. There was a charge for breakfast and no complimentary water. I can go on and on and on. I checked out and continued my stay at a different hotel. Total disappointment. "

"I recently stayed at the Bavarian Inn with my husband and our 4 and 6 year olds. The amenities were excellent. Our kids loved the pools and arcade. The property was very well-kept and the staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. There was some noise in the morning from the construction of the new water park, but nothing excessive. We have visited Frankenmuth many times, but this was our first time staying at the Bavarian Inn. We are unlikely to stay elsewhere on future trips as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves."
