Top Canadian designers, event managers, prop makers, custom builders, and former Disney painters have all come together to create magic at both 174 and 216 Yellow Snapdragon Drive vacation villas.

This home features FIVE, highly detailed themed spaces. Professional artisans have created a medieval/Games of Thrones games room that’s perfect for both adults and kids alike. This oversized space boasts a custom pool and foosball tables, a lounge area, a large-screen TV, a massive medieval bar, and more! The upstairs bunkbed bedroom boasts four full/double beds, each with functioning theatre curtains, and dozens of puppets that allow kids to transform the space into a “Puppet Theatre.” Located on the main floor, the “Western Lodge” is reminiscent of a grand themed resort with authentic floor and ceiling paneling, three custom bunk beds (twin), faux taxidermy (don’t worry parents, they’re only plastic), and many more clever, themed surprises. The impressive and culturally immersive “Jungle Room” and ensuite rooms were created for a TV shoot. Parents can relax in the upstairs Art Deco-themed theatre room and watch one of the hundreds of movies provided on the room’s CURVED 65” 4K, 3D TV with surround sound (yes, this is the “man’s playroom”). And if that TV isn’t big enough – the main floor living space features an even bigger, 80” TV with in-ceiling surround sound.

All of the bedrooms include top-end mattresses, mattress protectors and covers, duvets, bed linens, towels, and other décor touches and accessories you would see in a five-star hotel (and yes, each bedroom has a TV for the guys). And most of the bathrooms are wallpapered to give them the luxurious feel of a tranquil spa.

But the best space is really the villa’s outdoor space. Backing on a pristine reserve and flanked by a lush tropical garden, this house’s backyard oasis features the largest pool, lanai, and screened-in area available in all of the Watersong. A built-in BBQ bar (offered complimentary), circular outdoor couch, large-screen TV and spa complete this resort-style outdoor space.

Beautiful Property

Wonderful property in quiet location. Huge pool area and lanai, fantastic themed games room, huge bedrooms, comfy beds and high end furniture. Outdoor kitchen was a bonus and the children loved the themed bedrooms. Plenty of room for all the family.

Great house even in a Hurricane (Milton)

The house is just like its pictures. Bedrooms were a hit with the kids ( bunk beds) The yard with pool was huge and spent plenty of time there Barbecuing..We were there in the middle of hurricane Milton and the house was solid and felt secure. minor issues with the yard Tv and the host is very responsive..great stay

Daytime the family enjoyed Disneyworld that was a short drive away, while evenings were just as fun at the residence. Full days and full evenings left only room for sleep and repeat the fun!! Great time!!

Amazing House

Clean and well maintained property. Great place for a large family or multifamily vacation. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The house was stocked with all the needed essentials to cook and grill. Just had to bring the groceries. The beds were very comfortable. About a 25-30 min ride to all Disney parks.

Fabulous!

We were a family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 young adults. The house had plenty of room for all of us. We all loved the beds - super comfy and we all slept so well. The backyard and pool area was perfect and where we spent most of our time. We went to Disney two days and it is about a 30 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet and private and a bit out of the way which we preferred. We had one request of property management during our stay and their response was super quick and courteous. And we all loved the game room. We had a great vacation!

Four generation family vacation getaway enjoyed by all

This home was the perfect spot for the whole family. My children, grandchildren and great grandchildren had a fantastic time. After long days at the park, swimming in the pool for the young and hot tub for us older ones was much appreciated. Cooking out on the grill and enjoying the evenings in the beautiful pool area while the kids swam was great. We had everything that we could possibly need and more. The game room was enjoyed by all. I would recommend this home for any family looking for a fun time, yet privacy and quiet time areas when needed. The one thing that I would suggest is that the inner shower curtain in the down stairs bathroom between the king and bunkbed room be replaced. The one that was there was very thin and did not stay in place. Minor but annoying when trying to shower.

Spacious villa with themed rooms.Very nice property!

The villa was perfect for family to get together.Rooms we awesome with different themes and each had a full bathroom in or just next to it.Game room was a hit for 18 - 55 year olds.Great space to cook and entertain down stairs and pool area.Parking over 3 cars is not convenient because of HOA rules.Some confusion at the gate with visitors list.Communication was OK to Good.We did get answers but a little delayed ... I am sure they were super busy with the Holiday/Graduation weekend ... so it is understandable.This property is great just make sure to clarify at registration if you want spa/hot tube heat because it is linked to pool heat and an extra fee.Overall-Great.Everyone enjoyed the stay and would stay again! Just a note for older guest - there are not hand holds for tubs and showers.

Communication with office disappointment, We tried reaching out again and again to the office no one ever get back to us and we ended up not being able to enjoy the pool because it was freezing and no one ever called me back to turn on the heat , it was just very disappointing

Amazing property

The listing photos really don't do the property justice. My only regret is that we didn't schedule more down time to just hang around. The pool area is great - looking out into the conservation area, it is very private and well appointed...a great place to just chill during the day or evening. The over-the-top game room is just that...we've rented properties to go to Disney, and other locations, dozens of times and you're not going to come close to the ambiance of this room. Lots of places have pool tables, game tables or video games in the garage or basement - but this room is JUST SO UNIQUE. The house is spacious, comfortable, and one-of-a-kind. One of my daughters now wants curtains enclosing her bed at home and at least one of the bedrooms has an interesting backstory. Check in procedures were clear and easy to follow and the security folks at the gate were friendly and personable. There's a well stocked Publix just up the road and Howling Howies pizza is a delivery guy away. Our bottom line on this property is we would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Poor experience

Not impressed with ants In our beds, 1 bed & room filled with ants and one of our girls was bit multiple times in the night in a totally different room, jacuzzi not heated which we paid to be, air Conditioning not working, light bulbs burned out, dirtiness of the place from past guests and no deep cleaning-yellow fish crackers under couches and tables, drawers were dirty with crumbs and dust. Could not use!!! Sadly not prompt on the emergency number we called about the huge nest of ants In one bed and we couldn't use it for 2 nights ;( would not recommend this house to anyone... sad as the property area is great and the house has huge potential but not being taken care of and a $200 dollar refund does not make up for the thousands we paid to have a pain in our butt all week with issues;( sad experience

The Perfect Vacation Rental for Large Families!

We had fourteen family members in total, two of which visited on Christmas Day, and there was ample room for all. This property was perfect for our family ranging from two to ninety-two years old. Each couple enjoyed having a very comfy king-size bed. And our teen grand-daughter loved the jungle room with a roomy queen bed. The remaining five grand children had so much fun in both themed bunk rooms. Double mattresses in the theater bunk room were perfect for our older grand children. All but two main floor bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. This was a luxury for our gang! The open-concept floor plan from the pool area into the main floor is exceptional. We all enjoyed the outdoor area and heated pool. The owners were kind enough to put up a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room for our stay. I added garland to the stair case rail, a Christmas tree on the second floor, and some Christmas decorations for a more festive feel. Those staying here with little ones who haven’t mastered stairs, consider bringing a baby gate. If you require handrails in the bathroom, this is not the property for you. There’s plenty of room for a walker on the main floor but I believe the bathrooms are too spacious for handrails. They would be out of reach. There were a few small issues but William addressed them immediately. We have rented vacation properties for seven years and our entire family agrees that this is the best vacation rental we have stayed at to date!

Beautiful Accomodations

A+ for the Interior Designing; the house didn't have the highest of bath and kitchen upgrades, but the overall design more than made up for it. Beautifully themed rooms, with televisions and DVD Blu Ray players in each room (which worked out perfectly since we, unfortunately, had thunderstorms every afternoon/evening of our week stay.) I had wanted to plan a reunion with my kids (4 adult children, 3 with significant others, and 3 grand children - ages ranging from 29 to 11 months) for a long time, but two of my boys were active duty military and with the multiple deployments, it was impossible to lock down a date. As soon as they both decided not to reenlist, I started my search for the perfect location and home; and two years ago I found this property online and decided this was it, and started saving. As soon as I shared it with the kids, they started saving as well. And 2017, we made it happen! We were not disappointed. At the last minute I decided to bring my 70+ yr old parents along (after realizing they had not seen one of the kids since 2005); and still, the ample space, logical accommodations and resources made this a true Home Away form Home, allowing for a lot of sharing time, as well as personal rest and relaxation. Thank you from me and my entire family, for the best get away we've had yet! This will be hard for any other home to beat! -Bernadette

Spring break 2021

Overall, we had a great stay. The property has plenty of bedrooms, a fun game room which our kids enjoyed, and an outdoor area equipped with a grill, TV, pool, and jacuzzi. We had an issue with the pool heat and the responsiveness of the management company was great. The issue was fixed the same day and it was greatly appreciated! The community is nice and quiet. The only issue for us was that the property was farther from Disney and Universal Studios than expected. With traffic, Disney was about 30 min in am and closer to 40-50 minutes in the evening. Universal Studios was 40-50 min. Another issue we ran into (and it was stated in the check-in information) is that we need to bring our own game controllers to play. Never had to do that with any other property so, of course, we forgot. Also, prepare to buy everything - toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing fluid, laundry detergent, shampoo.... everything. Very little is provided (which they do warn about and it's truly very little). Otherwise, the stay was great with 5 adults and 3 young teens ages 12-14. We had plenty of space and extra beds.

Great time

This property is perfect for a large group. There were 11 of us and there were bedrooms to spare. You could get lost in this house. Fun decor throughout. Nice large outdoor space. This was the second time we’ve stayed in the Davenport area and love it. Happy with our choice.
