"What I like about this hotel is the security checks, large area of greens and shades at car park, swimming pool and spacious room. What pissed me off are the poor maintenance and housekeeping services. The water heater is a BIG let down, does not work when you need to bathe and the shower spray badly needs to be replaced. "We were transferred to another RedDoorz Hotel. It took about 5 hours for us to be settled. The guest was so drenched in water since it was raining that time and he was riding a big bike then.
