Waterfront Getaway on Lemoyne with Pool! - Unit 2

Summary:
Come stay at our family friendly retreat on DI! This property boasts a pool, fire pit, and on site laundry! This location is perfect for a weekend getaway, as well as being centralized to restaurants, shopping, and the bird sanctuary!

The Space:
The laundry room is downstairs and you access it from the front of the building. The door code is 0211.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to one of the three stylish, totally renovated units that each offer full kitchens and your own private entrance. You'll also have access to the sparkling pool with lounge chairs, grilling and seating area with fire pit, hammock, grassy area for your kids to play and enjoy the beautiful waterfront area!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must be 25 to book. Please no smoking inside the units or by the pool.

Weekend at Dauphin Island
Spent the weekend with our grandsons, they had a blast fishing and swimming in the pool. The place is very nice the people are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Poolside getaway
The property was clean and the pool was fantastic. The only issue we had was the air conditioner did not work the first day and they had to replace the whole unit. They had the air up and running by noon the next day. The first night was not the best but the property manager did her best to accommodate us so we spent the first night at another property with air. She did offer to comp us the first night which i thought was great! Overall we loved the property and will stay there again in the future.

First visit to Dauphin Island
This property was perfect for my son and I on our first trip to Dauphin Island. Location was great, accommodations were clean and included everything we needed for our weekend. I would definitely book again!
