Let the busy pace of modern life slow down as you enjoy the natural attractions this quaint, special island has to offer. With this open-concept floor plan and luxury amenities, you can dine in with square dining for six and three backed bar stools or eat out at one of the island's 8 fantastic restaurants. In the unit you'll feel relaxed and uplifted with the colorful beach décor. Brand new furniture and large TV added to the living room. The private balconies with new furniture as well give you exclusive views of the expansive Gulf of Mexico, and amenities like the complimentary bicycles and Jacuzzi tub coax you to treat yourself the way you look forward to all year. This unit accommodates 8 with King, Queen, two twins, and sleeper sofa.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom with new deck furniture, a bubble tub in master bath with separate shower.

Our condo was clean, quiet, nicely furnished and had an awesome view. The walk through the dunes to the beach was a little long, which didn’t bother us, but might be an issue for some with limited mobility. There were several restaurants and gift shops within walking distance. Grocery stores were limited. The aquarium and Fort Gaines were a short drive away. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and I would definitely book here again.

Fantastic time
Great hosts - easy check-in, beach chairs & wheeled cooler in laundry room, everything very clean. We don't go to the beach to watch TV, but we do like to watch in the evenings and the TVs in the main and twin-bed bedroom both did no work. Other than that, though, we had a fantastic stay - beautiful views from the balcony were my favorite part of the visit.

Dauphin Island 2022
We enjoyed our stay and the condo. Very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for us as a family of 7. The balcony was large. The pool was a welcome amenity for the kids when we are used to staying in houses with only the beach. The only cons I could come up with is the TV was small and outdated. However, we didn’t watch much TV since we were often at the beach or doing other activities, but during downtime would’ve been nice to be able to log in to Netflix or Prime to watch shows. Also, the Wi-Fi was SUPER slow and service was horrible making it very difficult (which would be a problem with a smart tv). Of course, the long walk to the beach was difficult, but my husband built a state-of- the-art beach cart that helped and that is due to location and cannot really be helped. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend this condo. We come to DI every year and would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean property with tiny TV
It was pleasant to stay at this property. Only complaint I have is that the TV in the living room is tiny. I think it would've been nice to have big enough TV to be able to read the caption from the couch. TV nowadays is very inexpensive. This could be a small investment for the owner for the future guests.

Weekend Get Away
Very nice beach with white clean sand. Very nice condo with indoor parking. Condo was very nice. The beds were too firm for most of us and just right for one of us. Wifi as good and we never even tried the televisions.

Clean, spacious, great location & view
4 of us (all adults) were here for a week in early August 2021. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean, and had an amazing view. The master bedroom is huge and the other bedrooms have plenty of room. The pool area was great too with lots of seating. All of the condo staff were very friendly. Wish we'd known ahead of time, but there were 5 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler already there in the condo - we rented 2 chairs thinking there were only 2. As someone else stated, there are no hangers/hooks at all so I recommend bringing some. Also the Dish didn't work most of the week even though we followed the instructions to reset it. There's a DVD player but it didn't work either. So that would have made it difficult with kids. And the pillows are very flat so I might have brought my own instead. Minor inconveniences for a delightful stay on Dauphin!

Dauphin Island is a gem of a find, and this condo unit was perfect!
The property is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a relaxing beach vaca! Unit was clean, and any issues are immediately responded to by management. We cannot wait to return!!

Beautiful condo!
Beautiful condo that was clean and well stocked with everything needed! Long walk to beach is the beach and there’s very little tv service. Management came up and worked on it and it still wouldn’t keep a signal. Really need cartoons when you have little ones!

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Isle 517, but felt the condo was not as clean as it should have been. For example, a dirty wash cloth was on the floor of the master, hair on the floors in bathrooms, vacuum was not emptied and trash was left in a bucket under the sink.

We enjoyed our stay. The AC didn’t work the first night but when we were able to connect with the staff the next day, they contacted a company and it was working the second night. Nice place for little kids. Lots of families with littles.

Overall everything was great! Clean and spacious. The beds were a little firm for our liking. I don't think it mentioned having a pullout couch and a extra floor mattress that we found in a closet. Also didn't mention there were a couple beach chairs, umbrella and bikes we could use. Really the only complaint would be that there were no hangers and no hooks to hang things anywhere. Just on the backs of doors would have been so helpful! While we were there the a/c had an issue and the staff was so helpful and let us stay in another room while they fixed it. The staff at Holiday Isle is top notch for sure! We will be back most definitely!

We were very happy with our stay. The only drawback was that we didn’t realize you had to reserve the indoor pool because of Covid. Thankfully, we were able to get one day with an hour in the pool. The plus of that was we had the pool all to ourselves.

We were looking for something relaxing and this stay delivered. Check in was easy even though we arrived after hours, condo was clean and well stocked, and being on the beach made going back and forth with kiddos super easy. Loved our stay!

Great Place for a Family, only small complaint
The condo was clean, right on the beach, nice pool, across from some little shops and an overall nice experience. Only complaint is that 2 of the 4 tv's didn't work. We asked them to fix it 3 times and each time we were advised it would be fixed the next day, but it never happened. It wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't the tv in the kids room and the living room. We moved a tiny tv from the master into the living room and unfortunately the kids ended up camped out in there at night. Also, the whirlpool tub was broken. They didn't fix that either. Other than that, you can't beat this location. Condo was spacious, clean, full kitchen with all your needs including a keurig, my personal fav!

Loved It
Our family stay was great - everything we needed: 1) the right price for Memorial Day Holiday, 2) everything we needed in kitchen, 3) great view and 4) super super staff. When packing to leave we discovered we had flat and office staff and maintenance staff were super helpful. (PS, always travel with tire patch kit, we did and it saved the day!) Beach was beautiful, we never used the pool!
