This beach house is nestled among the trees yet only steps away from the white sandy beaches. Bask in the sun by day and wind down and relax in the outdoor areas surrounded by a peaceful wooded area by night. It is like stepping out of one world directly into another.

The Beach:
At SeaGoodness in Dauphin Island, AL, you will experience a mile-long private beach, pool, and tennis court that is only a 2-minute walk from the home. These amenities are only accessible via our small, gated Desoto Landing community. We supply a beach cart, chairs, and toys to ensure our guests have an unforgettable vacation experience.
The Home:
You will experience a nearly new custom-built beach home where no expense was spared to bring the best Dauphin Island has to offer. From upscale finishes and appliances to a well-stocked kitchen, SeaGoodness will be your place away from home for years to come.
The home is an elevated single story with a huge upper deck and lower outdoor area comfortably furnished for lounging and relaxing.
Our home is located so close to the Audubon Bird Sanctuary that you will see all manner of wildlife including foxes, ospreys, pelicans, doves, herons ,and even Bald Eagles!
Come relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this cozy retreat designed for those with discerning taste. This home looks as if it was plucked off the beach in 30-A and placed perfectly on Dauphin Island. WITHOUT A DOUBT THE PERFECT VACATION SPOT AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF LIFE!
The Outdoor Oasis:
With over 1500 square feet of covered exterior space, you will find a place to chill, eat with family, grill out, play cornhole, relax in a hammock, hang out at the bar, or just relax on one of the many seating areas with views of the gulf. You can hear the crashing of the waves from all outdoor areas.
The Bedrooms(4):
The primary Master has a luxurious king size bed made with high quality linens and a master bath that has a large walk-in shower with double shower heads, and a double vanity. A large closet is located in the bathroom. A digital fireplace and a 55” Smart TV await.
This home is pet friendly.
The secondary Master functions as a family suite with a king bed and 2 built in twin bunk beds, large closet and a window bench seat for relaxing. The bathroom has plenty of storage with a large shower. Each twin bunk has its own light, charging ports, and even a smart TV!. There is a larger TV to serve those in the king bed.
The Bunkroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. A large closet, dresser, and smart TV are there for your use.
The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and smart TV.
The Open Concept Living Room and Dining room
The living area hosts a very large high end super comfortable sectional and a corner chair along with a huge 65” TV above a digital fireplace. The dining area has a large table that seats 6 and there are an additional 4 bar seats on the kitchen bar.
The Kitchen:
The upgraded kitchen has rare granite, countless cabinets, and high-end appliances. Per repeat guests, It’s the most well stocked kitchen on the island!. It has everything and even comes with coffee to get you started!
The Bathrooms(3):
Both Master suites have ensuite bathrooms. There is a third full bathroom in the hallway serving the bunk room and the queen guest suite. It has a bathtub for the little ones or to relax.
The bathrooms are complete with high-end, beautiful tile, rock flooring in the large walk in showers, and natural shiplap walls. The same rare granite appoints the bathroom vanities.
There is also an outdoor closed in privacy shower with hot and cold water.
The Laundry Room:
The laundry room has a stacked washer and dryer in a separate room off the kitchen.
New Amenities:
Each bathroom will now be stocked with luxury toiletries that include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. Two packs of laundry detergent will be provided as well as a sponge, dishwasher tablets and kitchen soap. Bath towels and bed linens are provided for each reservation. A hair dryer and iron are also provided. New high-speed Wi-Fi internet is provided. Gas and Charcoal grills are provided for your use.

Pool and Tennis
The neighborhood also has a private pool and tennis courts with restrooms available for all guests.
No parties or events allowed at this location. Occupancy must be observed at all times. Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay.
