The open floor plan in the main living area boasts beautiful water views while still allowing you to be connected to family or friends in the charming kitchen or on the screened porch. The living room offers comfortable furniture strategically placed near the smart TV and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare the most delicious and cost-saving meals.
Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms complete the layout of this home. Sliding doors connect the main bedroom to the deck, so you can enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee under the morning sun or head to the private swim spa on the adjoining deck. The second bedroom also has a private outdoor space that is attached to the screened porch for quiet evenings or early mornings spent watching the eagles soar overhead. Plus, you can easily walk out your front yard to the water's edge to kayak and fish!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Dogs are allowed at Dauphin Island’s primary public beach, however, dogs are not allowed at the West End Beach.
Dogs should be leashed at all times and owners must clean up after their dogs.
Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Security camera details: Security cameras are on the west side of house facing the fence.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
