"We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and we all had such a great time using the amazing kitchen and eating eating outside. The owner and lady who met us on arrival were very kind and helpful. The only downside was some very grumpy neighbours who were very unreasonable about the kids making noise in the pool. This did make us have to constantly worry about the kids being in the pool and limiting their time in there which isn’t great I’m 40degree heat."

"Gilles was an excellent host, and the house and yard are fantastic. We really enjoyed Rustrel and the surrounding area. In addition to the great bakery in town, we liked Au Pierrot Blanc in Apt (lavender ice cream) and horseback riding at the Horse Farm De Joucas (beautiful trail rides through vineyards, lavender fields). There are so many great things to do nearby that it's hard to choose, though! We enjoyed all of the helpful recommendations from Gilles."

"This would be great for a get away from it all break. But it was too remote for us, so we ended up going to Cannes for 3 days! House was nice, couple of gripes Bedroom door did not close which was awkward as we stayed with friends. Lots of wasps so stung a few times but it’s the edge of a forest. "We had such a lovely peaceful 2 week stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the grounds and the pool. The views across the Luberon are magnificent. Caroline, the host, and Alicia, who checked us in, were both very responsive to our questions. The nearest town is a short 5 minute drive (or 40 minute evening walk). It's also a great base for exploring the surrounding towns and villages and the stunning countryside.. Thank you"
