She offered to book our tours, arranged for a massage, gave the best recommendations for things to see and places to eat. She went above and beyond our expectations. The pool was nice with a beautiful view and the room was spacious. Everyone at the hotel was nice and the included breakfast was a nice way to start our day. Hope to be back in a year or so.
