"So the location and property itself is really convenient. The SM mall is within walking distance and theres a convenience store just at ground level. The room itself was well stocked with modern amenities and wifi. However theres roaches, small ones but enough for my wife to find them in our clothing and such. "We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. "Our Family had a wonderful time in this house. Family requests for towels, bedsheets,and soap needed. We had fun up to the wee hours singing with Karoke,. playing pool, etc. The kids in the Family enjoyed the pool. Although we paid extra for extra time a n d were not able maximize the use of the pool, this was on us. The staff were super responsive and helpful.Thank you!"

"One of the most beautiful houses we stayed at, so far the best in Manila the modern decoration is amazing and you can find everything you need inside the house, the street is safe and quiet, and the staff are very nice and welcoming, I strongly recommend it"

"This property is a scam and should be removed. I booked it and got debited right away. When we got to the unit I called the host so many times and never responded. We had to find another place to rest and spend more money. This listing should be removed and we should get our money back."
