This is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood that is surrounded by the lush golf course. Just minutes from the airport, and there are plenty of shaded walking tracks throughout the Northern suburbs for you to explore.

Having a car in Darwin is a great advantage as many tourist destinations are harder to access by public transport. Darwin also has Uber which is a convenient way to get around locally.
There is a public bus stop 600metres from the property, with buses taking you to the CBD or Casuarina Shopping Square.
- Smoking/vaping is allowed in the outdoor areas only.
- There is no glass allowed around the pool. Plastic tumblers are provided for pool use.
- Please be respectful of the lovely neighbours.
- No parking on the grass. Please use the carport and allocated guest parking spaces.
- Please respect the golfers by staying off the greens while during play.
